Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with a lot of love for detail. You can tell that it is not just an Airbnb house, but a lot of the owners' passion flows into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can highly recommend this property! The house is very nice, clean and maintained. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired – modern bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen and our highlight: the outdoor kitchen. There is also a lot for children – playground, large pool, kicker, billiards, table tennis and more. The host René was always available and helpful. When something broke, he quickly came by and fixed it. During the stay, he also cleaned the pool once. He was already waiting for us at check-in, we could even check in earlier. As a welcome, there was a large cheese and sausage platter, bread, cake, wine and drinks – very generous. He also brought cake again later. The late check-out in the middle of the night was also no problem. The location is quiet and a bit remote, the access via the mountains a bit curvy – but the sea can be reached in about 15 minutes, Opatija in about 20 minutes. Overall a great stay, we would come back.

We stayed with three families at Villa Laura and were super satisfied. The house is a perfect size, everything was as described and very clean. Requests were always and super quick to respond to inquiries - we'd love to come back!

Very nice and clean apartment in a quiet location. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. You can relax perfectly in the hot tub and on the terrace.

Fantastic house, four bedrooms each with private bathroom. Outdoor kitchen area was our favourate spot. Very large pool. Had a wonderful time with the family. Igor takes great care of the property and its surrounding. The olive tree area adds a peaceful view. Always helpful for any questions.

Wonderful place to stay, cozy, clean, and just like the pictures! The host is extremely accessible and responsive. If you are looking for peace in nature, away from the city crowds this is the ideal accommodation for you :)

The stay at Villa Linda was great, the accommodation is well equipped - it has everything you need and Laura even prepared a very detailed folder with tips for the island of Krk, including restaurant tips (everything we tested was actually very good!). Super organized and communication before arrival, during the stay and at departure was very easy, as Laura speaks fluent German.

Everything was pretty much as expected. Jakob was super easy to communicate with. It was pretty centrally located for all we planned to do on arrival and for day trips. The pictures more than did justice to what we found. It was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The castle area in Kastov was very nice, with great food and a nice place to wind down the night. Overall, a wonderful vacation to a place we’d never been.

The house is almost unbeatable in terms of value for money. It is extremely clean, nicely decorated and you can find everything you need. Even a fruit basket and a bottle of wine were provided to us. Communication was very easy, you got a quick response to all messages and both check-in and check-out were very easy and straightforward. The amenities of the house are really very very good, the appliances are modern and new and all work perfectly. If you have a car available, the location is also very good and you can quickly reach all the important places on the island. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

the two of us had a great week here. Upon our arrival, the place was very nicely prepared, cleaned and we felt right at home. Everything necessary is available everywhere. From necessary things such as towels, plates, cutlery, sufficient and various glasses, and cooking utensils; to great extras such as blender, coffee maker, grill tongs, wood, water carafe, bathrobes and much more. As a result, we were able to really enjoy our vacation and didn't have to take care of anything. The living rooms themselves are lovingly furnished and there is plenty of space. The garden is beautiful and decorated with lots of herbs, flowers and plants. It's just a pity that he is not directly connected to the house but you always have to go out to the street to get into the garden. But that's not a real problem. The view from the house and the garden is mega.The journey leads via a gravel road and is a little more difficult. We had a great time.

Great place for a relaxed holiday with family. The house is beautiful, the swimming pool is a dream and the view is stunning. There is a shop just outside the property , very handy! The only thing I wish there was a sidewalk so one could go for a stroll. The owner is very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend!

Wonderful house, lots of space, everything super cozy and harmonious. We felt very comfortable! The bedrooms were super nice and tidy, the pool area wonderful and everything you need was there. In 10 minutes at large shops for shopping and in 10-20 minutes at many great beaches! Lots of toys for children!!!!!! It was a great holiday and a great place to stay! Highly recommended :-)

Villa Dabo is a beautiful villa with a perfect outdoor area. The pool and grill area as well as the garden are the ideal place to relax and enjoy a good time with friends and family. The villa is very private and only 10 minutes from Novalja town and 15 minutes from Zrcé beach.

Just really a lovely holiday. I was there with 3 grown up kids 18,20 and 21. Perfect place. Absolutely need a car but Crikvencia was just a 10 - 15 min drive and we popped there every day for groceries, restaurants and an afternoon at the beach. Andreja was just lovely and the place impeccable. Highly recommended.

We had a great weekend getaway, absolutely lovely house in peaceful and quiet surroundings, perfect for winding down from city tempo. House is awesome, great size, and nicely furnished. It was more than enough space for 6 of us (4 adults 2 kids), kids especially loved the hot tub and lawn. All in all, highly recommend. 🙂

We spent New Year's Eve in this place. The host was very kind, handed over the key at the time of collection, and then came the next time we checked out. We were able to be completely alone if we wanted to use the jacuzzi at 3am, we just went out and enjoyed it. We had a great time here, we highly recommend it!
