An apartment in a former Hotel of Cesis Castle

This cozy apartment is fully accommodated and furnished as our family with two kids lives here in winter time. It has oak tree parquet, renovated widows, a small kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating. The sight from the windows features towers of the New Castle and the church of St. John. Apartment surrounded by two parks. The May Park (with the black swans and playground) is across the street. The Medieval castle is around the corner. Free car park is available in the yard, a nice extra.

Hillside's Rest Nest

When I refurbished the place, my aim was to create a place to relax, read or hideaway to focus on work. Located in the neighbourhood, where all the city life is just a 5-10 minutes walk away and at the same time, it does not feel as city at all as the forest and river walk is just around the corner. I am glad to share it with likeminded travellers and I will be glad to share all those little tips and tricks about places in Cesis, worthwhile to experience - from nature spots to cosy pubs :-)

Cozy holiday house LIELMEŽI located in quiet nature 60km from Riga. Great place to enjoy silence and nature far away from city noises. House has two levels. On the ground floor there is cosy living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and sauna. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, a small hall with a balcony and toilet. Each bedroom has two single beds that can be transformed into a double bed. Or alternatively - a double bed in each bedroom can be transformed into 2 single beds.

Adorable tiny house at the edge of the forest, near enough to Cesis city centre and far enough to feel like you are all alone, surrounded only by nature and birds. A perfect place to relax and slowly enjoy your days in Cesis. Our lovely ‘’Bird house’’ is located 5 min drive from Cesis central bus station. There is a nice pond right on the property, which is especially favored by all sorts of birds. Here you can be waking up to the bird songs, hence the name we chose for our property.
