Monthly Rentals in Presumpscot River

My husband & I really enjoyed our stay at Nicholas's place. Only a 5-min. drive to downtown so easy access to everything ($5 All Day Parking Lot at the end of Commercial St (near Becky's Diner) will save you a ton! Lots of great food (The Friendly Toast for amazing breakfast, Luke's for best lobster rolls, Coffee Me Up for lattes/bfast sammies). There is a cute coffee/smoothie shop (The Conscious Cup) right next door to the air bnb. An ice cream shop &Thai restaurant also right there. Do a trolley tour that goes to the Portland Head Light & take the ferry to Peak's Island for a nice boat ride. Some traffic noise being located right at the corner but nothing extreme. Getting in/out was easy, but the light by our stairs was out so we walked up carefully at night. Extra bedding/towels were mentioned but only a fitted sheet, pillowcases&a new pillow at the back of the utility closet were present. The extra bed pillows/fitted sheet saved us as night. Convenient smart TV. Overall A!:)

Rachel’s place was extremely clean and comfortable. It was the perfect place to spend a snowy and stormy day with our pup. Very convenient to get to Portland. Close to grocery store and anything you might need. Rachel was very quick to respond when we had questions and had ice melt delivered for us same day which was a huge help in the storm.

Doug’s place was perfect! The place was very clean and great for what we were looking for. The location was perfect for either a nice walk or quick drive into the city. We would definitely rent again.

This was our third time at this property, and we just love it! Beautiful views, convenient location, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped. The hosts are very helpful and responsive, too. We will be back!
