Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Presque Isle County

Great location for our girls trip! Very spacious, comfortable and clean!

The house is comfortable and inviting, the bed we slept in was comfortable. There are plenty of towels and blankets. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to cook in. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet and watching birds from the deck, along the driveway, and on the nearby trail. The house is located not far from Alpena, which is fun to visit, and there are many parks and beaches nearby. It was nice to drive north as well, and to explore the Presque Isle area. We saw beautiful wildflowers and had gorgeous beaches to ourselves. (We visited in May.) we had a wonderful stay.

Very cozy stay at Logan's place. Beautiful, fenced in back yard with a spacious deck, that was perfect for our dogs. They were so content rolling around in the grass. And, it saved us so much hassle being able to just open the slider door and let them out rather than having to leash them every time they wanted to go outside. Also, very walkable neighborhood; Lake Huron is only two blocks away - visible from the house's front yard. And, the infamous bar, Greka's, is also in walking distance. Finally, downtown Rogers City is merely blocks away and has a handful of quaint shops to check out. The house felt like a home away from home. I think the only two things to keep in mind is that there is not a bathroom on the main floor, and there is only one shower, which is in the basement bathroom. But, it's a new, walk-in shower and very nice.

This is a lovely, quaint cottage on Grand Lake. We had everything we needed and it was very quiet and picturesque. Lauron was a great host! Loved the area. Besser Recreation Area is beautiful. Alpena is a fun town to explore. Would definitely stay there again.

All I can say is AMAZING!!! The house was spotless!! There was everything you could think of already there, from extra bedding, toiletries, fans, kitchen supplies!! The setting was beautiful! Very quiet and very comfortable. Hosts were very friendly and responsive to answer any questions! Would definitely recommend for a family stay!

We stayed at the J and J house for a local wedding. Mary was amazing and accommodated some special requests for us. She had very responsive communication and was super proactive. The house was everything in the description and more. It is super charming, comfortable, and has all the amenities you need. We would recommend you stay there without any hesitation. We will be back next time we are in the Rodger’s city area!

We had a wonderful stay in Onaway at Kayla’s house. Very clean and extra clean towels and sheets. Everything we needed in the kitchen, even a pizza cutter! We would definitely book again. Wonderful space for my family to enjoy. Lots of games, puzzles, fire pit, kayaks. Kayla was very responsive and made the trip perfect.

Katrina was an excellent host and the place was really awesome for the stay over the weekend. Would definitely come back for another visit.

Stayed in Cabin #5 on the end which included a semi-private beach area. It has a large open living area w/full kitchen. Includes a full bath with 2 bedrooms and a portable A/C unit in the living area. The Cable/Satellite TV worked great; however, the cell service was spotty in the area. There was also a gas grill for guests to use, which was a nice feature. I really enjoyed the taking in the views of Grand Lake and would definitely like to come back again for another visit! Great little location. Five cabins together plus spaces for RVs to hookup. Firepit in the middle is a great spot for several people to get together around a fire at night. Very easy to get to. Space inside was very clean and stocked for our needs. It is best suited for 2 people as they are small cabins but very cozy. It's a great spot if you have multiple people in a group travelling together as you can get multiple cabins together and it's across the street from the lake. Will use again next year!

We had a perfect stay at this Airbnb. The location was great, the host was fantastic, and the place itself was wonderful. The AC was an added bonus, and the grounds were clean and well-kept. It's conveniently close to Black Lake and Hammond Bay/Lake Huron! We definitely will be back.

We had a lovely weekend. The cottage is small but has everything you need. No tv or WiFi meant the kids actually had to play games with us in the evenings ;) The lake is beautiful, we fished every day.

We found this gem last minute. Our visit was for a funeral. Lori let me know we could check in early if need be and also gave us a late check out without question. The grounds are gorgeous and well kept. You are right on Grand lake with a nice beach and picnic area. There is a place for a bonfire. The cabin is very clean. The sheets were fresh and smelled wonderful. The back is all windows to look out at the lake. There is a nice deck out of the sliding glass doors. Just a few miles away from good food on the lake and Presque Isle light house, sink holes, Rockport state park and dark sky observatory and about a 30 minute drive to Ocqueoc Falls. We actually saw the Northern lights from the deck off of the cabin. The pups had a great time too. Lori is a fabulous host and went out of her way to make a hard time easier.

My husband and I couldn’t have been more pleased with this B&B!! It was exactly fit what we envisioned for our private little getaway following our wedding! It was so peaceful and relaxing, especially having the warm hot tub while we admired the gorgeous lakefront view!! Extremely kind hosts as well!! Couldn’t have been more pleased all around!! We cannot wait to come back!!

The hosts were great with very clear and accurate communication which i really appreciated. I had two questions upon arrival and they responded quickly. The house was very nicely redone. I really enjoyed the large dining table, cozy sectional couch, views of the beach, and the deck overlooking it all was great. The kitchen had everything needed and was well stocked. Only thing i couldnt find was a toaster. The rooms are smaller but nice w queen beds. The beds were very firm but not bad. Overall furniture in the space was great, felt new, beachy and not too busy. Basement had some spiders but thats expected. The full size private hot tub was awesome to have. Oh multiple ceiling fans including in the rooms were excellent to have as well. There are approx 40-45 steep stairs to go down to get to the beach, but it’s well worth it. Lake Huron might as well be the ocean, and the beach is walkable w endless rocks to find. House is only a few minutes to town so plenty to do and explore.

Host is very responsive and house was clean could use some privacy around hot tub didn’t use for that reason

The location and home were beautiful. The house was very well equipped, perhaps the best of any rental we’ve stayed in. You can tell that the owner cares greatly for this place. We would definitely like to visit again. Thank you so much!
