Located in the center of Preeceville ½ block off Main Street it is within 4 blocks of most of the Town’s restaurants, bars, churches, and community facilities … including Route 66 Snowmobile Trail and local Hiking - Skiing Trail. Private off-street parking is available for trailers and snow machines. Sorry, no children, this is a house for discerning adults.

whether your coming up north to hunt or visit friends this house will be the perfect peaceful retreat. tucked on the size large yard you may find a set of little friendly goats and a couple overly friendly cows. but don’t worry they are well taken care of and if you don’t like animals they will keep to themselves and not bother you.
