The 1833 farm house was remodel for the modern conveniences expected in todays homes. It has 150 acres that includes a fishing pond (not for swimming), fire pit, walking paths and woods for exploring. Ideal for bicyclist, hikers, boaters, golf groups, and those who want a private place to get away to relax with family and friends.

The Patch: a cozy country home on a country farm

Conveniently located from exit 10 on I-70, The Patch is an old farmhouse in northern rural Preble County. Fully furnished, three-bedroom home with central air and WiFi. Main floor features a bedroom with a queen-size sleep number bed directly off a working area with two more bedrooms located upstairs. Walk into the full-size stocked kitchen with washer and dryer.
