This pleasant house has a living room with kitchen area on the ground floor and a bedroom area located upstairs with shower room, toilet and a dressing room. The bedroom consists of a 140 x 190 cm double bed as well as a 90 x 190 cm single bed and a desk equipped with fiber optic internet. Guests can enjoy a dedicated outdoor area and park in the secure inner courtyard.

15 minutes from the historic center of Rouen, by public transport (stop 50 m from the accommodation), or 10 minutes by car, the small house is located on a hill, facing a forest with trails arranged for pleasant walks. 5 minutes from the town center, you will find all the shops nearby. Area of 30 m² in a basement. Cocooning decor, a private terrace of 10 m², and a small patio connecting with the bedroom will enhance your stay. We accept small pets.
