Monthly Rentals in Praia Xareu

Excellent home!  It is well equipped and the rooms are extremely clean and organized. The view of the landscape is divine, I would even say that the photos don't do it justice. The space is very comfortable and has 4 en-suites + a powder room. The location is perfect, close to markets that you can call for deliveries, and the tourist spot “Moses' path”. Mr. Nido, the caretaker, welcomed us very warmly and was always willing to answer our questions.   Suggestions for improvement: 1. The access ladder to the beach does not pass safety, especially for people who are 60+ or PCD, it is worth an evaluation to improve it.  2. The sides of the house need more powerful reflectors, since the part where the shower is located is a little dark and the same happens in the part near the wall. That said, Pedro is a great host and the stay was wonderful. I would recommend it to others and hope to return more often. 

We spent very pleasant days and the place met our expectations. Érico was the one who received us and was always very attentive. The location of the house is right in the sand, with an incredible look. The beach is great for those with children. It was a great choice and we would certainly return! Just a tip, don't forget the repellent, because there are mosquitoes, with such nature, there is no way to be different! ❤️

We loved this house! It comfortably accommodates 11 people. Each room has its own bathroom. Ideal for several families to come! The beach is the best and is just a few meters away! It has beach service, with a bar that serves guests and even WiFi on the beach! If you're considering coming, I wouldn't hesitate! And ask for the maid service that cleans and cooks, which is excellent and better than a hotel service.

We had an incredible time as a family at Flávia's house. Very quiet place for children, super functional house, nice place, nice sea. Definitely a find! Great At cost benefit . Flávia is always very polite and proactive. We love it.
