I had a great experience! From the beginning, we had clear and respectful communication. It was my first time using Airbnb, and it couldn't have been better. I was very well instructed, and the apartment is faithful to the photos. When we arrived, it was spotless and smelled clean — we were surprised by every detail! The pools are perfect, well maintained and clean. During the days I stayed, there were few people in the place, and those who were there were always very polite. The apartment is very well located, close to the center. The city is beautiful, with great places to visit, as well as being quiet and safe to walk at night or along the beach. The region is also close to several beautiful beaches and has many establishments for incredible tours. Anyway, my family and I love the place and highly recommend it! For sure, we'll be back at a next chance!

Great stay, matches the listing, clean and organized apartment, very clear building instructions, very cold pool and no heater, but very clean and large. Cordial doormen, on both shifts. Rafael is very kind, responds quickly, my family and I love it, we will definitely be back !!!!

First, thank Sergio for cordiality and attention before and during the stay. The apartment dispenses comments, amazing! The condominium offers a fantastic structure, we went in 6 with two babies and we all accommodated with great comfort! The view from the apartment to the sea is simply cinema! super recommend it.

Amazing place for those who rest with the family. Clean place, we had no access difficulties. The shared laundry room and the non-use of speakers help the general environment. Check in and out flexible. About 7-10 minutes from the beach on foot. Swimming pool and wonderful view. Unique experience! We'll be back for sure

This house is such a special location, we loved staying in this architectural gem! The glass fronts offer stunning views over the sea, you are surrounded by the jungle-like nature and animals. The beaches nearby are absolutely stunning, just note that the food options in walkable distance are closed at night. We had a really wonderful, relaxed and quite time in Felix, exploring the neighborhood, surfing, hanging by the beach and of course enjoying our livingroom views! Also communication with the hosts was super smooth and quick and check-in was very easy, would 100% recommend staying here!

The Refuge space is sensational, you experience a part of the world and nature that you usually only see in movies and soap operas. The kitchen is excellent, the deck, garden, bedrooms, the whole environment. I hope to return soon.

Cristiano super kind and request. It's super easy to talk to him and he's always on his cell phone. I had a health issue and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point of the apartment is the mattresses and sofas that are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)
