Vacation rentals with beach access in Praia Tatuamunha

We stayed for 7 days on Airbnb and had a super pleasant experience. The apartment is extremely complete, equipped with all the kitchen utensils you may need: set of pots, cutlery, plates, glasses, bowls and even leisure items, such as a cooler, beach chairs, umbrella and barbecue. This allowed us to enjoy special moments cooking at home. The hospitality part is also impeccable: very soft linens and towels, bathrobes available and, in the bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, soap and hair dryer. The place was very clean, the pool was at the ideal temperature and the beach was just a few steps away — a perfect combination. Some tips: it is worth going by car, as the condominium is not close to the center and there are few restaurants nearby. The nearest and most complete market, the Mercado do Inho, is about 2 km away. All the staff were attentive, with quick responses and everything was very well organized. Note 10!

Excellent service from Gilma. Very clean and bright. I was very surprised to find a curator and tapers to use. As well as lounge chairs and towels. Excellent tableware. 10-point mattress. The view of the sunrise from the balcony is wonderful. Having 2 bathrooms solves everything when it comes to using them. Compared to 3 other apartments I rented in Maragogi, Porto and Maceio, the price seemed a bit high due to the lack of services such as a pool, gym, elevator. However, I would definitely come back.

I stayed with my mother and sister for 9 days at Marcelo and Camila's place and it was a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautiful and very cozy. Everything was very clean and organized. Great shower and super comfortable beds and pillows (which I think is very important). The location is great tb. It is about a 2-minute drive to the beach and about 5/7 minutes to the street that has the village's shops and restaurants. Our communication was with Marcelo and was the best possible. We had a problem with the airline on the way there and Marcelo made everything easy for us, check-in and check-out at different times, provided contacts and answered everything very quickly and clearly. For us, it was wonderful to have his help. He also provided us with a lot of information about the area (food and leisure). For absolutely everything we needed, Marcelo responded quickly, extremely politely and helpfully. We highly recommend it! Thank you so much, again, Marcelo!

Great choice!! Pleasant, modern condominium with great structure. Excellent swimming pool and gym. Very cozy and comfortable apartment. I loved everything, they were days of peace, leisure and rest. The beach in front of the condominium is great, especially at low tide. And the neighboring beach, which is Bitingui beach, is simply one of the most beautiful in Alagoas, with a stunning natural pool! Japaratinga is perfect!! Quiet and heavenly place. Carla is a superhost!!! Always kind and attentive. Only gratitude!

If you are imagining waking up to the sound of the sea and opening the window with sunrise, this is the place. The house is in front of the beach, separated only by a gate and a few steps. Already from the pool it is possible to look at the sea. The house is inside a condo with 3 more units nearby but it is possible for each one to have their place. There are 3 complete suites and one more bedroom with bathroom underneath, equipped kitchen, barbecue, chair to take to the beach and if you still want the TH stall that is on the beach delivers snacks in the house for you to enjoy the day at the pool. The region of Praia de Sao Bento is still very local, with little for tourists, but it is possible to find a supermarket, farmacia and go to the restaurants with a 10 minute drive.

We had a great stay at Sandra's place, the location is wonderful and the photos reflect exactly what the house is. Sandra was extremely available throughout our stay, and her employees made the experience even better. I highly recommend the house!

We love the stay. The house is on the sand, on a beautiful, quiet and little bustling beach even at the time of New Year's Eve. And nearby, to dining options. Very good for those who, like us, travel with children. The house has 4 comfortable suites, a swimming pool and a barbecue pit.

We had great days. Despite the rain, we were able to enjoy it. Daniel is careful to pass on information and suggestions that make it easier to stay and enjoy the area.

4 friends traveling along the coast of Brazil we went through great places, wonderful landscapes, but we all unanimously went to Terezinha's house and the service of Bianca was the best home the most cozy, perfect house, if we had to choose a place to come back we would all choose this house congratulations and thank you

Our stay at the Oka house was excellent. Both Larissa and the girls supporting the house were wonderful. The House is perfect, as well as in the description. As for the location, it was as I expected... I didn't want to leave the house for anything. The sea bath, special. For those who have children, when the tide is low, to walk and bathe in the pools that form in front of the house. Near the house there is a village that has a restaurant and shops that are an excellent option for night. Finally, it fulfilled exactly what I was looking for: rest and renewal of energies. I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Villa do Sossego. We were a group of 7 adults and 2 children, everyone had a fantastic trip. The house is beautiful with so much natural beauty. The flowers& plants & of course the ocean front made it spectacular. In the mornings, we went out on the paddleboard and kayak. If you go out far enough, you will reach a very shallow area where the water must be at least 90°, it’s unreal! Bete &Celio add such a nice touch to this Airbnb. Bete makes wonderful local food and was very helpful if we needed anything. The rooms were clean and comfortable, AC worked great. We spent our nights by the pool or sitting down on the beach enjoying the ocean breeze. We were lucky enough to be there during the full moon, which made everything look even more spectacular. There is also a “house dog” who came to visit us often, we enjoyed him so much. This was our first time to the area and when we return, we will stay here again for sure. Tatiana has a fantastic place.

Great location, clean and well-organized space. Our only difficulty was on the days we decided to eat out. Some places were on collective vacation, which made it a little difficult, but we managed to find other places a little further away. Ideally, you should do everything in the house. Mrs. Claudia was extremely helpful, always available and instructing us.

In and I really enjoyed the listing! Beautiful, nicely decorated, cozy. The apartment is very well equipped, it has everything in the drawers and cabinets, from cleaning items to cooking and table setting items. Everything very clean and neat. It is well located, access is very simple. It is not necessary to take any dirt roads and it is on the main road. Even on the main road, it's very quiet. The condominium is very nice: it has a swimming pool, garage and a simple gym, as well as outdoor tables and chairs for meals and snacks in an open space, if necessary. Although there is a swimming pool in the condominium, it is very quiet and you can't hear the children playing in the pool when you are inside the studio. Japaratinga is really cool! With quiet beaches all year round, calm waters even at high tide. There are good restaurant options nearby. I recommend PizzaMia for dinner! Check-in and check-out were very easy to do and the listing photos match what we saw.

What a beautiful apartment! Very functional and even had a washing machine. Detail for bedding! Extreme quality. Equipped with 5 star hotels. Bed also very comfy! Maressa always kind in the questions we asked!Very quiet condominium. Especially for those who have children.

The place is very close to the beach and from what we notice the best location of the region. We are happy to have chosen this accommodation!!!
