Located on the paradisiacal beach of Japaratinga-AL, the "Pé na Areia" beach house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are suites, all with air conditioning, a guest bathroom, a living room with 2 areas, Wi-Fi, Sky satellite TV, an open-plan kitchen with freezers, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, and all utensils, a large terrace overlooking the sea, a barbecue grill, a garage for 3 cars, etc. The price per night includes a caretaker and a housekeeper. Casa Caroá is a beautiful and modern house right on the sand. The house has three spacious individual chalets behind the main house. The chalets are spacious suites with air conditioning, minibar, king beds, TV and outdoor shower. Guests can also use the shared beachfront pool. Casa Caroá has a small shared kitchen, which guests can use to heat and consume simple foods, dishes brought from restaurants and drinks. Note: the small kitchen is not a full kitchen and does not have a barbecue grill.

They are independent houses, SAL with a swimming pool, SOL with a beautiful garden. They were inaugurated in May 2023 and are always very well maintained!
