We had an unforgettable family vacation. We were 13 people (8 adults and 5 children), and the house was perfect: comfortable, spacious, with many rooms and bathrooms, ideal. The common spaces are spectacular, with an incredible view to the bay, a beautiful pool and more than enough space for children to play quiet and happy. The house is steps from the sea, with the possibility of kayaking, and just a 5-minute walk from a lynch beach. The location is perfect to rest and enjoy nature. Cristiana was an excellent host: attentive from the first moment, she helped us with all the details and recommended us to Joze, who was key to making the experience even better. He prepared us typical Brazilian meals very rich, and also helped us with everything we needed during the stay! Cristiana facilitated everything with excellent recommendations for boat rides and transfers. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended!!

We had an epic trip to Angra in this house. We traveled in a group of 14 adults to celebrate my 40th birthday. The house has a breathtaking view, is super comfortable and very well equipped to accommodate a large number of people. Speaker, large TV in the living room, barbecue, glasses, plates in great condition. We hired Regiane and her sister to help us with the housekeeping and food. I put together an elaborate menu from snacks to main dishes and they were a 1000! They did the shopping too, which made our trip a lot easier. Super attentive, they created an experience worthy of a 5-star hotel. Before the trip, we got tips for renting a speedboat and hired Jefferson, who was also super helpful! We loved our stay and will be back for sure!

We spent an amazing Carnival in this house! The experience has been wonderful since the arrival. The house is beautiful, well located and located in a super safe place, close to the best beach in the condominium. The rooms are comfortable and refrigerated, the impeccable bathrooms, and the well-planned common spaces, providing comfort and integration. The living room and living area are pleasant, with an excellent sound system. The internet signal worked well, and the outdoor area with a swimming pool and Jacuzzi is stunning! If there is concern about accessibility, it is worth mentioning that the house requires winning more than 50 steps or facing a steep slope, making it difficult to use the car. The heating boiler didn't work 100% of the time, but the heat minimized this issue. Special highlight for Larissa and Dudu, which were attentive and made our stay even more special. I strongly recommend the house, considering the accessibility for those who need it. We look forward to returning soon!

Very good house, well located, within a condominium, near the beach, O João is an exciting host, attentive and concerned about the well-being of your guests from the beginning to the end of the guests, we are sure to return!

Beautiful accommodation on a large island, super quiet and modern...ideal for resting and relaxing, it has a nice view from the upper floor where we slept. The service from the day we arrived was excellent, as was the treatment of the people who work here. Apart from the steep climb to get to the house, it's hard but it's worth it to stay here. We asked for towels and other things and they were always very attentive.

The house is spectacular and has a stunning view of Angra and Ilha Grande, especially in the sunset. The house is well equipped and the staff available (homemade, barbecue, cook and housekeeper) super attentive and always smiling. The Host always responded with agility and kindness. I highly recommend it to everyone!!!

We took a family trip and the experience was simply amazing. The house has a stunning view, as well as super comfortable and impeccably clean accommodations. The kitchen is complete, and all rooms offer very comfortable beds, with clean and fragrant linens. The deck area is spacious, comfortable and perfect for gathering family or friends around the table or armchairs, providing pleasant moments of conversation. The game room is also a big attraction of the house. We chose to hire Kátia, the housekeeper, to help us on a daily basis, and it was undoubtedly the best decision. Besides being extremely attentive and friendly, she cooks divinely well. Marcelo, once again, was an exceptional host: always quick to respond, attentive and flexible. The only bad part of the experience was having to leave this paradise! Without a doubt, I recommend the house and we already want to return soon!
