Our apartment was recently renovated with great affection to provide a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Located in the heart of Piúma, in Praça Dona Carmem, it is close to the best bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The beach is across the street and can be admired from the two balconies. All bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans for more comfort. We provide bed linen. We only ask you to bring your own towels and toiletries.

My stay in Guarapari was wonderful! The apartment is super cozy and has a simply amazing view from the window — a real gift every day! Although the building is old and needs some upgrades, this did not hinder the experience. On the contrary, the days there were light and pleasant. The host Jhonny deserves all the praise: always available, attentive and quick to respond. I felt very welcome and grateful for all the attention. It was a special experience and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it!

the beautiful and very quiet place, excellent neighborhood the house in great condition the condominium as a whole very clean and tidy, the Lucas always available to answer questions and give indications of places. it was a great stay. when we return to the ES. we will definitely get in touch with him we love everything on site.
