Everything is ok about hosting. High point for the condominium structure where the house is located. As there are few houses built, the beach in front is almost private, providing great moments with your family, the condominium pool is also great, very spacious and with a great living space. We had some issues with the house, but it was promptly resolved by the host.

The house eh exactly as in the pictures, very cozy, simply perfect. The host also very top, always very helpful and gave great tips on what to do in the area. An excellent house to spend a day with family, especially those who have a child, because in addition to the swimming pool, the beaches in the vicinity are of calm waters great for bathing.

Communication with Carlos was a differential: always helpful and responded hyper-fastly and always showed to be very serious and ready to meet all the demands. The check-in was only completed at 3 p.m., because when we arrived (2:30 pm) the cleaning was being completed, but that's fine. There were some maintenance exchanges that were resolved within 24 hours due to local labor. According to the host, more detailed maintenance is already scheduled and the next guests will be able to rate it better. In conclusion, it was worth it. Thank you.

Luanda's house is amazing! My husband and I had great days there, the house is quite large, more ideal even for more guests, but we fell in love with the view in the photos and I can say that it was very worthwhile to have chosen it. The proximity to the beach is also a highlight! Tatuamunha beach in my opinion is the best and most beautiful on the ecological route (if you like quiet beaches with little movement this is the place) I hope to have the chance to return and if so, I would certainly choose Luanda's property again!

The house is the same as the listing. The sea bath in front of the house is simply wonderful. it is very well located, shops,bakeries and restaurants are very close. Carlos(host) helpful and attentive, .nos gave great tour tips. We answered we need it. Our stay was perfect. Thanks to Edjane, well kitchen (very good seasoning) in addition to daily cleaning. Anyway, thanks to Carlos and involved. it was PERFECT!!!

The house is exactly like in the pictures, very clean and organized. Plenty of towels and bed linens available. Full kitchen. Very close to the beach. Maria was available for messages whenever we needed her. Weverlly, who received us, is very cordial and kind. We'll be back more often! :)

The experience of the stay was extremely satisfactory, we spent happy and restful days at the house. The space is exactly as shown in the photos, very clean, organized and with several leisure options to get the kids off the screens. The pool is another strong point, always at a pleasant temperature and at night the water gets even warmer, as if it were heated. The hostess, Karyna, was always ready for any need that arose. Similarly, the caretaker, Antonio, and the cook, Maria, were cordial and very helpful. The condominium is quiet and wooded, close to the beach, however the stretch did not please us very much, because despite being a beautiful place, because it is close to the river, the water was a little cloudy and with vegetation, which did not make the bath so inviting. However, this was not a major obstacle, as the house is very close to two other beaches (about 4 km). Anyway, the experience was excellent and we want to come back again and again.

The apartment is fantastic and the structure of the place is very good. The direct sea view from the living room and the master suite is the highlight of the place, especially for those looking to relax and for those who appreciate this close contact with nature! The host was very helpful, friendly, responds quickly and gave several suggestions for tours, restaurants, etc. We really liked it and hope to return in the future!

Great choice!! Pleasant, modern condominium with great structure. Excellent swimming pool and gym. Very cozy and comfortable apartment. I loved everything, they were days of peace, leisure and rest. The beach in front of the condominium is great, especially at low tide. And the neighboring beach, which is Bitingui beach, is simply one of the most beautiful in Alagoas, with a stunning natural pool! Japaratinga is perfect!! Quiet and heavenly place. Carla is a superhost!!! Always kind and attentive. Only gratitude!

It is undoubtedly a great choice for those who want to enjoy the best of Miracles in a sophisticated and welcoming environment. In addition, the condominium offers 24-hour security and beach structure with chairs and umbrellas that is in front of the condominium. The beach is calm and a delight to enjoy the day. The decor is modern and sophisticated. The host is easy to access and offered me local tips quickly.

BOOK IT!!!! Highly recommend staying at Thiago's place. I was part of a group of 4, we came to Milagres for a wedding, and Thiago's place immediately felt like home. Check-in was smooth, house was clean, kitchen amenities were perfect and the pool was awesome. We had a fabulous time and will definitely come back next time I'm back to Milagres. Thank you Thiago!!

We had a wonderful stay! The place is exactly as described — clean, organized and very cozy. Comfortable and all rooms well cared for. A paradise close to everything. Extremely attentive and helpful host, always available to help with whatever was needed. We would definitely come back and recommend it to everyone looking for a welcoming experience without unpleasant surprises.

A beautiful home within a property with 3 other similar houses. Very nice visa to the sea, the park and the beach. The house is very comfortable, open, in contact with nature. The area is very quiet and safe. It's best to be in your own vehicle. Antonello was very nice when we reached out and all the people who attended us during our stay were super friendly and attentive: Jeni and the rest of the cleaning girls and Riquísima la comida de Dudú! We felt so comfortable. We even had a very rainy day and the house was super comfortable to spend the day. Thank you for everything and we look forward to coming back soon.

Catia is the best possible host. She is very attentive, though of all the details, waited for us for a late arrival due to flight delay with a meal, responded immediately every time we needed to communicate with her, and provided very helpful info about what to do and where to find things. The place was very well kept and the fact that they changed sheets and towels and cleaned the bathrooms every four days was a plus. In sum, all the highest marks for Catia and her flat. The only problem is that the city of São Miguel dos Milagres, which is beautiful, does not have the infrastructure to deal with the amount of people who arrive there in the summer. Trash accumulates in the streets, supermarkets run out of merchandise, restaurants run out of supplies, and there are shortages of water and electricity. I can see that this will only get worse with the amount of new construction by the beaches.

The house is great, super ventilated, spacious rooms, extremely clean, good beds and new air-conditioning and the kitchen is super-equipped. The garden is well maintained and the house is all fenced in, excellent for dogs. The beach in front of the house is beautiful and great for swimming, there are natural pools near the house (10-minute walk). The neighborhood is super quiet, peaceful, great to rest. The owners are very attentive and were super helpful. The housekeeper Fatima is a sweetheart, she cooks very well and helped us with the maintenance of cleanliness during our stay. We'll be back, it was an excellent stay.
