Chris's apartment is simply beautiful! The whole place is very tasteful. Comfortable beds and pillows. A wonderful view. Great loft access instructions. Easy and fast communication. Easy and secure check-in. Close to many beaches and nice bars. Chris left restaurant recommendations in the listing, and we ended up going. Everything is really cool!! I recommend it!!

There were 3 of us. The accommodation is well suited for a couple. The place is clean and has all the utensils. The location is great. Close to UFSC and everything is nearby.

Gamboa's apartment is great, modern and well equipped. Rooms are very comfortable with split and shutters that made the rooms very dark. The modern kitchen served us well. We really liked the location, very close to the beach and a good walk to the center. The TV is smart, allowing for multiple streamings, using your login. And the couple was very kind, always treating us with friendliness.

debora's apartment has beautiful views,we have breakfast looking at the sea,super comfortable and quiet,Debora and her family are always attentive. Quiet ,family-friendly area,the beach is divine and is meters from the apto. There is a super close and some restaurants to go by car,I recommend those of Guarda do Embau.

Beautiful Suite in Florianópolis! The view is incredible and gorgeous, the room is spacious and the bed is very large and soft! The coffee maker is very nice! We had treats like fruit, cold cuts, breads and stuff in the minibar. The bathroom is very beautiful, with a wonderful view and was made in harmony with the natural rocks, fantastic construction! Gabriela and her husband Júlio welcomed us very well and were always available to help us! Lucimar was always attentive with the stay and giving us directions. We hope to return soon and we highly recommend it to everyone!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Everything was even better than we expected. The house is tastefully decorated, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the view – it was absolutely stunning and made our mornings and evenings truly special. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway. You can really tell that a lot of care and attention went into every detail. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. We stayed during the holiday and the experience was excellent! The house perfectly met our expectations and even had more amenities than we expected. The property is on a quiet street and the house has a lovely garden. The place was super nice, so much so that I stayed there for two months and many days I didn't even leave there. The house is impeccable, everything brand new, there is nothing obscure or crusted dirt. Less than 5 minutes walk away there is a beautiful lake that you can swim in. Up to 5 minutes by car is the beach, gym, markets, pharmacy, etc. And less than 30 minutes by car has numerous other beaches to visit. I recommend this house to people who value comfort, and I would stay there again.

Dream House. For those seeking tranquility, it is the right place. Place is beautiful, the very well equipped house. For those who like barbecue, you'll love the barbecue you have in the kitchen. Everything is very spacious and clean. View of the privileged sea. The beach is close, we made the trail every day. Whosoever is by car, bear in mind that it is on the hill of Silveira, has to pass by road of irregular ground. Voltaria thousand times!

You can go without fear, Michelle your cozy and the apartment is simply perfect everything works in perfect condition.

I stayed for 1 week in the apartment, it had a spectacular view of the beach, they kept many things on hand such as: umbrella, beach chairs, dryer, iron, grill, heater. The most charming thing was the close access to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, activities, etc. The place is centrally located where you can easily get to the house and other places by Uber with relatively low prices. I would return a thousand times, John is super kind, attentive and quick to respond to changes.

The apartment is wonderful. Everything was clean and organised, and there was everything we needed in the kitchen. The balcony gets good sunlight in the winter- perfect to relax in the hammock. We barely needed to use the car as you can walk straight to the beach or to good coffee shops and restaurants. Gabriela was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and made sure our check in was simple. We hope we can come back again soon!
