Vacation rentals with beach access in Praia do Prumirim

Our first time in Ubatuba and the choice of location exceeded expectations, especially in terms of location (the beach, although not for bathers, is spectacular and super close to other quieter ones). Si was very helpful, a sweetheart. We were very well received and the house had exactly the structure we were looking for to go with a 9-month-old baby: simple, comfortable and super clean!

The stay was wonderful. The space was cozy and very nicely decorated. The location was perfect, with great leisure options and restaurants nearby. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a place to stay with comfort and charm. The service was impeccable and very safe, I loved it I'll be back for sure! In addition, the cleanliness and organization of the space were impeccable, which made me feel at home. It was a wonderful experience.

Very nice host, always concerned about our well-being, the apartment has everything you need for a good stay, convenience of nearby shops, good service from the people in the condominium. I definitely recommend it, we'll be back soon.

And stay was excellent! The super organized apartment, supernova and organized utensils. Mariana's attention was excellent, always proactive and asking if we were comfortable and if we needed anything. In the apartment there was a catalogue with indications of bakeries, restaurants and city tours, very good even. The place super clean, caretaker was very good people. The location is good, too. Very close to the beach which made it easy to enjoy until the last minute. Surely I would be staying in the place again.

The accommodation is excellent and Laércio's service is perfect! Well equipped and cozy apartment. Even a first aid kit is available. That's what it's like to think about the customer. Great location (close to downtown and the main nighttime attractions). Super quiet place. I loved the stay! Thank you so much!

We can only praise it! Amazing accommodation, the neighborhood is quiet, and it's close to downtown. The location is great for visiting the beaches of both the South and the North. The studio is complete, clean and VERY cozy, we even had heartache to leave. The host Vinicius is very helpful and he answered any questions super quickly. In short: WE LOVE IT ☺️ We'll always come back!

One of the best trips we've taken as a family, the house is spacious and has everything you need for a good stay, a plus for the dryer, the women loved it lol. Newton was always helpful when we needed it. For those who want peace and contact with nature, this is the place, the house is almost on the sand, just take a little trail through the woods in the yard and be happy! 🌊🙌🏻

My stay is always perfect

This house is such a special location, we loved staying in this architectural gem! The glass fronts offer stunning views over the sea, you are surrounded by the jungle-like nature and animals. The beaches nearby are absolutely stunning, just note that the food options in walkable distance are closed at night. We had a really wonderful, relaxed and quite time in Felix, exploring the neighborhood, surfing, hanging by the beach and of course enjoying our livingroom views! Also communication with the hosts was super smooth and quick and check-in was very easy, would 100% recommend staying here!

Romain's house was the perfect place for our stay in Picinguaba. In the left corner of the beach, the house is isolated from the center of the village and you feel alone in nature. From the huge wooden balcony, you can see a beautiful view of the other end of the beach and the entire neighboring stretch of the São Paulo coast, as well as the Serras do Mar and Bocaina on the horizon. The house was impeccably clean, the furniture and kitchen utensils well maintained. Romain was still super helpful and quick to respond, even though he was far away, and the people responsible for the house (Gal and Cacau) were friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out. The house still has access to a charming and delightful stone beach for relaxing away from human presence. We'll be back more often for sure!

We loved our stay in this paradise on earth. The house is perfect for those who want to sleep and wake up to the sound of the sea. Indescribable feeling of peace and comfort, because the bed, linens, pillows, towels, everything is very clean and of high quality. The details that make a difference in a stay. Check-in without any problems, super easy to find and communicate, really impeccable!! I'm already getting ready to come back. If you love nature, this is the place!

The Refuge space is sensational, you experience a part of the world and nature that you usually only see in movies and soap operas. The kitchen is excellent, the deck, garden, bedrooms, the whole environment. I hope to return soon.

8 days immersed in nature with comfort and safety! 10-star rating for the cleanliness of the house: for sheets/towels/blankets and new covers (we used them!)/kitchen utensils/deck/outdoor and indoor space... The view is incredible (from everywhere in the house!), the house is much better than in the photos, it has a unique and cozy decor! We cooked (it has everything!), we barbecued, we ordered delivery (recommended by Fabio), we had the presence of all the birds in the photos, toucan, squirrel... enjoying nature and the immensity of the sea from the deck is divine! Excellent wifi (we worked in meetings at one point, all 4 of us, and the Internet worked perfectly!). Fabio was always very present for any need (we spent beautiful days!) his prior guidance is essential: we used all the recommended paths to the beach (the walk is worth every minute), we went to the island in front, we played dominoes/bingo (which were available in the house), we used frescobol/beach chair/his sun guard! wait for us Fabio! we'll be back!

Sensational, what a wonderful place, apartment with an impeccable view. Condomínio then does not speak, what a pool!!! I will return more times without a doubt!

Bacana, good condominium and well-structured, clean and organized apartment, plus spacious. Some leaks in the bathroom and refrigerator, and a small problem with the hairdryer, but nothing that hindered the trip.

Our stay was super peaceful, the host is always attentive and willing to help, the space is very clean, smells good, with the bedding all clean and smelling good. The apartment is super well equipped, it has everything you need for a peaceful stay. For those traveling with children, a positive point is the extra space on the ground floor. Wonderful apartment and condominium. Complete with a fitness center, sauna, rooftop pool with a beautiful look. Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Ribeira Mall, which has everything you can imagine. There are boat trips that leave from the ribeira bag and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

Christiane was always super helpful with everything. Your house matches the listing exactly and is a very calm and quiet condominium. The kitchen had everything needed for everyday life. Only the internet could be faster for those who want to work online. Thank you for everything.

Ahh, we love Dora's little corner! Nobody wanted to leave... What a wonderful view, it exceeded my expectations! Clean environment, clean, everything very well taken care of. We want to return for sure!
