Junia was super helpful, during check-in, stay and check out. The place has a amazing location very close to the beach, the condominium area is paceful. At the time we stayed was complete silence. I super recommend staying in her place.

We have stayed at this house several times and it is always a very good experience! For those who want to be close to the Village and close to a good market, quiet beach, it is an excellent option. We went as a couple and a pet, who loves that garden (and the view is beautiful). Thanks and we'll be back soon!

Amazing experience! Marcos is an excellent host, very attentive and friendly at all times. The house is located in a very quiet area, a 5-minute walk from Playa Grande. We didn't need to use a car. The rooms are very comfortable. Morning coffee with the view from the hammocks…. Unmissable.

Flavia is a sweetheart, super attentive and her son is also cute! Location exactly as described, the view from the bottom and top (bedroom) are wonderful! I went with my pet too and he was comfortable, even with Flávia's son, who fell in love with him. She recommended unique places and gave tips that made me realize that one weekend is not enough, lol... after all, it's always not enough when we like the place. Flavia, thank you again!! What a happiness it was to host us in this space! The Witch beach is so close to the beach to consider backyard. Beautiful, clean and organized space. Nina was extremely receptive and helped us in everything, including the establishment indications we needed. We were also well received by Shakira kitty, the company was great in the days we stayed there! We hope to return soon.

Great house for walking and relaxing. We went with two dogs and the experience was great, the location is excellent and Magno is super helpful and polite. I recommend it for those who want to spend a few days in the house “feet in the sand” and listen to the sound of the sea all day.

The house has a beautiful view of the island canal, a beautiful spacious and comfortable balcony. The space is perfect for 4 people, with an integrated kitchen and living room, which allows everyone to be together. It must be a new place, or well maintained. Access is easy and with a good location, close to markets and restaurants. I recommend it.

I spent the weekend with my family celebrating my birthday, a cozy house and a list that needs no comment. Clean house, the jacuzzi heats up and even on the coldest days you can enjoy it a lot. The hosts are kind, helpful and always willing to help 24 hours a day. I loved it, my children and husband loved it and my dog loved it even more, very well received. A warning for those who bring dogs, they are not allowed on the beaches of São Sebastião... but in the house, in addition to being well accepted, they really enjoy the yard area. Casa Fagundes was a sensational experience for my family, I got married in a civil ceremony and wanted a pleasant and quiet moment with them, there were 18 of us and the house accommodated everyone perfectly well, very nice and clean rooms, they look a little bigger in the photos, but they are amazing, the whole house is impeccably tasteful. Refrigerators, freezers and plenty of utensils to accommodate the entire structure needed to receive a large group. Important point to mention the work of Neia, the indicated daily housekeeper, a super 10, helpful, hardworking and good energy. The place is super discreet, safe and totally private, a dream view. The black beach in the center is not the best in the world for swimming, but it is so comfortable and exclusive that we stayed right there, we even swam at night, it was a very positive experience. Fernanda is always agile and attentive to every detail that was requested.

Everything was perfect, clean house, exactly as shown in the photos… super agile check-in, Marcio gave us a courtesy late check-out. Super i recommend it.

My family and I had an amazing time in this incredible house. Everything was beyond our expectations. The house is very complete, with impeccable bowls, dishes and kitchen utensils. All in great taste! The place is beautiful and the atmosphere is wonderful! The host gave us all the information and was extremely empathetic the whole time! Uray (homemade) is also proactive.
