Vacation rentals with a pool in Praia do Caiçara

Luís was a great host, including Rose, who was a lovely person, always attentive and gave us tips about the area. The house is impeccable, smells good, is large, spacious and super complete, the only problem for us was the beach chairs, there were 6 chairs but only 2/3 were in conditions to use on the beach, our suggestion would be to invest in new chairs for the comfort of the next guests. Another suggestion would be about the waterfall, we were told that it was scheduled for 10 p.m., but the waterfall turned on at 10 a.m. and unfortunately we were unable to enjoy it, so our suggestion would be to be able to change the schedule according to the guests, as we used the pool more at night. Anyway, it was nothing that prevented us from enjoying it, great house and we will certainly come back more often.

The little corner that Cleo offers is cozy and exactly as described: close to everything. I felt at home in the days we spent at the house! Cleo is a sweetheart and helped us a lot with what was needed. We will definitely return more often!

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have a super pleasant energy — ideal for enjoying with family and friends. We felt at home from the first moment. Our stay at Marcelo's house was wonderful... From the first contact with the host we had a great impression, we were very well taken care of and he is really one of the highlights of this accommodation, as he demonstrated honesty regarding the pet fee, and was very attentive to all our questions, he was a unique kindness! We did everything to make us feel at home. The accommodation is a delight, I usually highlight the most important points of the stay, in this case I could highlight, besides being very close to the beach, another highlight is the leisure area integrated with the barbecue, we love it! However, I need to highlight something described in the listing that is very important, I prioritize the experience and Marcelo's house really has a totally family "vibe", we spent very happy moments there, we were able to gather people we love with all the comfort they deserve, it was very good! To begin with, I must say that Alice was extremely understanding and is an excellent host. The apartment is huge! Much larger than you can see from the photos. The extremely smelly bath towels. The beds are impeccable. Each with a blanket and bedding. Among other things, the trousseau is to be congratulated. The apartment is on the 10th floor and has all the windows screened. The condominium staff is super nice too. The location is very good, close to bars, restaurants, markets, ice cream shops and walking distance to the sand. We really enjoyed it and I'm excited to be back soon.

I thought it was great, my daughter is 9 years old and loved seeing the books from the diary of a banana, she said she wants to come back more often because she liked the apartment and the books. we really liked the great location, the apartment is very clean and very cozy, we will come back more often :)

Excellent apartment, very well located, close to the bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, snack bars and wine cellar, I will return more often.

The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay: well-equipped kitchen, balcony with a view, comfortable living room with Smart TV, air conditioning in all rooms, 2 bedrooms with very comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms with gas heating (including in the sinks). In addition to the location, which is excellent: markets, restaurants, bars, and of course, the beach, everything is easily accessible, we hardly need to take the car out of the garage!

The stay was excellent! The apartment was clean, well located and exactly as described in the listing. Arnaldo was very nice, attentive and helpful during the stay. I highly recommend the accommodation!

I had a wonderful stay! I really liked the location, the space, the view - which is surreal - the easy and cordial service. Cleanliness of the bath and shower also excellent! The only thing that bothered me a little was the size of the bed, I think it could be bigger, the noise of the refrigerator and the bedroom door that I felt a little difficulty closing. Otherwise everything was perfect!! It was totally worth the price! I can't wait to come back on a sunnier day to see the sunset.
