Our cozy house in the Abraão neighborhood offers the best of both worlds, close to the gastronomic route with bars and restaurants. Quick access to the beach of shells, perfect for hiking or drinking chimarrão or coffee. Our modern environment is well-equipped: it has a full kitchen, bedroom with TV, bed and bath linens. Whether for work or leisure, it is well located 5 minutes by car from downtown Florianópolis, and 10 minutes from São José. There is a bus stop nearby and it is next to the best bakery.
