Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Super new house, within a small community of 10 houses (leisure area is still under construction). Close to everything (400 meters from the pier). As I love to travel, everything was designed to serve guests in comfort: living room with smart TV and open kitchen, there are 2 en-suites with air-conditioning (one on the 1st floor with a double bed and another on the mezzanine with a double bed and a double bed). Accessed via stairway. A LAUNDRY FEE OF R$ 60.00 PER COUPLE IS CHARGED HOLIDAYS ONLY PACKAGE
