Great location for those who want a house with their feet in the sand. The house also has household appliances that facilitate the routine of the house with children: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, air-fryer. The house has a layout that integrates the kitchen and living room, also allowing a view of the pool, so that adults can supervise the children. The furniture is well-maintained and the house decor is clean. And, most importantly: contact with the host, who is always attentive and answers all questions.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is way better than the ad photos, super airy, wide and very tasty. Super equipped, kitchen with different appliances available. Pertissimo of the supermarket, which makes everyday life much easier. Extremely clean rooms, good quality bed and bathrooms and lots of smells!!! We chose to hire Amanda aside and it was great, a hand in the wheel and a sweetheart! Marcio was also very helpful and kind in all communication. The location and view of the beach is perfect, really foot in the sand! I highly recommend it!

The place is amazing! The house is literally on the sea, next to a beautiful and calm beach. A hidden paradise, indeed! The house is charming, all decorated with a naval theme, and contains all the practicalities advertised. The recommendation of light backpacks and/or handbags, due to the stairs to the beach/house, should be taken seriously - but little by little you can take more things -. Filippe responded quickly and was super helpful! I recommend it to everyone!

The days we spent in Juqueí were great. Luci was always very helpful and attentive. The place is exactly as the pictures suggest. Super equipped and organized. Perfect location, with all the comfort of having beach umbrellas and beach chairs always set up by the condominium staff who are fantastic people. Close to great restaurants. Anyway, when we return to Juqueí we already know where to stay.

The house is very comfortable, clean, has all the necessary kitchen utensils, excellent location. The condominium is very clean, organized and offers beach service. The host was very welcoming before and during our stay and the condominium staff were very kind! I loved it!! We'll be back!

House very comfortable and with a wonderful view. The pictures can't show everything and we were positively surprised when we arrived at the site. Luana, which has been with us throughout the stay, very good cuisine, is super attentive and made our experience even more special.

The house is simply perfect, it is beautiful, super comfortable, well maintained and full of details that show the whim that the house has. We arrived and the house was impeccable, very clean and organized, it perfectly suited me and my family, with en-suites equipped with air-conditioning, TV, fan, pillows, toilet paper, mat, all with a workbench and cozy decor. The kitchen is beautiful, with a huge and super functional island, a delight to spend family moments cooking and talking, it has all the utensils, dishes and cups, nothing was missing. Ahhh and the sound was certainly a separate differential, with separate height adjustment for each environment, awesome!! The heated pool is not even mentioned, we went in the fall and we were able to enjoy it a lot because it was heated, even at night. If it weren't heated, we probably wouldn't even use it because of the cold. Besides the house being PERFECT, Chris and Edu were super attentive and kind to us We'll definitely get back, I loved it!

The house is great, the location is perfect, the condominium super safe, the swimming pool a delight!! Although the house is super-equipped, crockery, bowls, kitchenware and everything else that is needed for our comfort, the hostess still made a giant kindness to install a support bar in the bathroom to serve us even better. Super attentive, solicitous, helpful and answered everything immediately, even though it was Christmas! We will return for sure it is recommended to everyone, without a doubt.

We had an excellent experience at the house in Praia da Baleia, in São Sebastião. The house was very clean, well maintained and with a perfect structure to receive the family. Eduardo was extremely attentive, polite and helpful at all times, which made our stay even more peaceful. A special highlight goes to the bicycles provided, which made it much easier to get around the condominium and access the beach, which is very close. We would highly recommend it and will certainly come back!

We went with family with children and it was wonderful. The house is super comfortable, clean and with all necessary infrastructure for a family. The keeper also served us promptly with education and proactivity whenever we need. The house is very well located and we will return for sure!

We were in 2 couples and we were very well accommodated in the house. The house has a simple and pleasant decoration, we cook in the house and the basic utensils of the kitchen catered well. The environment was very clean and organized. It was a very hot week and the only relevant observation is about the upper room air conditioning, which could not cool the environment sufficiently, but we slept well. We don't know Matistela, but she has given us all the information we need. Caseiro Rafael also served us very well well.

This place is absolutely gorgeous with direct access to the beach. Equipment and furnitures are excellent. The only additional thing I would suggest would be to add a Nespresso machine -:) (I am a coffee addict).

We stayed as a family (2 adults and 2 children aged 7 and 10) and had a wonderful experience! The highlight is the courtesy and attention of the owner, always available with quick and great quality answers. The house offers a spectacular view, the kind that sticks in your memory, and the location is perfect for those seeking immersion in nature and tranquility. The kids loved the space and had a great time. The description of the house corresponds exactly to what we found, everything very well cared for and welcoming. The beach is close, but access is via a long staircase, since the house is on the hill — something to consider, but it is totally worth it for the view and contact with nature. We strongly recommend the accommodation and will certainly be back!
