It was an excellent stay! Although the pool is shared with residents/visitors from two other houses, this did not cause us any discomfort or lack of privacy, we were well attended and Neander is an easy-to-communicate person and very kind!

My stay was fantastic!! The super new house, exactly as described by the host, extremely clean, the pool and the garden are cleaned daily, perfect house for those with children/pet, all walled, safe gates, flat garden, lawn, does not have any type of plant that offers some kind of risks to them , house near the beach, the condominium is totally safe, 24-hour concierge, has a bakery, grocery store, ice cream shop, burgers, pizzeria, in addition to a playground , a pond and a trail to the beach. The host always very friendly, kind , considerate. I will definitely come back in this paradise, and I recommend it to everyone who knows it.

Staying at Quintal das Cores is a unique experience. The house is cozy and full of care. The hostess is humane, dedicated and welcomed us with a fresh cake, a gesture that already shows the affection with which she prepares everything. The attention to detail is impressive: the kitchen utensils were all clean and packed, something I had never seen before. For those with small children, the place is perfect! The yard has plenty of room for them to play, and the pool's beach has the ideal depth for the little ones to enjoy safely. A true haven designed with love. A little piece of peace and affection.

I recommend it to anyone it may concern!!! It was the third time I stayed in Guaratiba, and I really enjoyed it. The bungalow corresponded to everything that was disclosed in the listing.

The house is wonderful, super spacious and with an almost private beach. The kitchen is super equipped and you can see the care with every little thing, even in the decor. Heloísa and Bruno are also wonderful hosts, super helpful and trying to do the best all the time for guests. I recommend anyone who wants to spend quiet and invigorating days in a beautiful place!

The stay at Reginaldo's house was excellent. Reginaldo was very attentive, made us super comfortable and even gave us a toast for our breakfast. The condominium is quiet, great for families with children. Anyway, it was wonderful.

Syngrid's home has met all our expectations with excellence!!! It was family rest days, we enjoyed the gourmet space and swimming pool because we were with my parents who are elderly and we were able to provide them with unforgettable moments! Thank you Syngrid for everything!!!

Very good. Clean and organized house. Pool always clean with caretaker doing constant maintenance. Great location, very close to the beach, you can walk there easily. My family and I liked it very much and we intend to return.

The house is otima, super new. Next to the beach. Comfortable beds, air-conditioning in all the rooms. Barbecue, swimming pool and wifi. It was a nice stay. Sergio answered us immediately regarding all doubts and was very polite. Nao is equipped with towels and bedding (which has already been notified to us in advance)

We like everything. From contact and service with the owner, cleaning, location. She always catered quickly. We indicated restaurants, grocery stores and bakery nearby. We will return more often for sure.

Great location. Surrounded by wonderful landscapes, close to the beach. Super cozy and quiet atmosphere. Perfect for relaxing. wonderful pool, next to a great restaurant and fish shop. suuuuper recommend. beautiful place. Very helpful host.

Despite the initial difficulty of finding the bungalow at night and already tired of the trip, it was worth this period we spent there. The condominium is well taken care of (and the surrounding region as well), provides security and tranquility and has several trades that make life much easier, since the city of Prado is 10 km away. Prices in general are not abusive, very close to those we are used to, except for fuel. Fomas on the beaches of Guaratiba, with access in the condominium itself, in Prado (10 km), the Lighthouse (16 km) and in Barra do Cahy (about 40 km, most of the dirt road, but it was well worth it). We leave Vale do Aço and classify the roads between good and great (supply in Teófilo Otoni, since from there to BR 101 there are very few positions). A journey of almost 700 km is tiring, but it was very quiet (I have not seen any accident) and without many trucks. Patrícia's bungalow was a great safe haven. Ponto contra is the pool of yellowish water.

House well equipped and close to the beach All according to listing descriptions. Pool shared with other apartments on the same lot, but it was super quiet for the kids to enjoy the pool at the end of the day. The condominium is quiet and has restaurants, vendinha, bakery, mini pharmacy... We were very pleased and intend to return. The only criticism, for improvement purposes, is that when we got home it had an unpleasant odor. I think due to it being closed and there was a return of sewage odor. But when you ventilated the house and put disinfectant in the drains, the bad smell is gone.

Tatiany was very attentive, provided support throughout the stay. She offered all the support we needed during the period, always ready to help us. Very well equipped house, comfortable, good location. We will be back.

Odara's house is very cozy and has a very good structure. I went to the house with my wife and 2 children and it accommodated us very well. We enjoyed the pool and barbecue right after returning from the walks on the beaches of Prado. Karla welcomed us very warmly! I recommend it.

The house is better than the photos: nice, cozy, spacious and fresh. With a 5 minute walk you get to a beautiful beach that has very little movement. We went during Carnival and it was very quiet. The access is a bit boring because the place is sandy and has a lot of hole. But it's worth too much! We have incredible days!

Excellent experience. New house, very organized, with impeccable cleaning, all the utensils needed to make the meals, spacious backyard with very good lawn, excellent for those who have children, very good pool, we feel at home. Very quiet condominium with polite neighborhood, with good gastronomy options. As for the host, Eduardo, very attentive and helpful. Always willing to promote the best service. We already knew Guaratiba and had other stays there, but this one was undoubtedly the best.

We were very pleased with the days we spent in the brown house. Both Sabrina and the administrator Edivaldo treated us super well.

Silvany's place is awesome! The days that my family and I spent in Guaratiba/BA were special. The house was impeccably clean, with comfortable rooms, all equipped with a suite and air-conditioning. The beds were very cozy, and the kitchen had all the utensils needed to prepare meals. The living area was a highlight, with a beautiful wooden table, sink, barbecue and an excellent swimming pool. Silvany was an exceptional host, always available to answer our questions and provide all the necessary information about the condominium. We definitely intend to return and recommend the stay to everyone on Airbnb.

We had a wonderful weekend, the house was very comfortable, with a nice yard and very spacious, very clean, pleasant and quiet environment. Having 4 rooms with air-conditioning was a differential. We fell in love with the place. Wonderful for those who want rest and tranquility. The area is beautiful! We were warmly welcomed and the communication and instructions with Eliene were super clear. I highly recommend the stay.
