I stayed for a weekend with my elderly parents and we all thought the apartment was a treat, super cozy, clean and organized. It fully matches the photos and is well equipped with everything that may be needed during the stay. The building is modern and well organized with leisure options and a grocery store, access to the accommodation with Gabriel's directions was also very agile. He was even very attentive and kind in all our communications. I will definitely stay again on a future trip!

Easy access location. Very nice apartment. Priscila literally left us at home. He left us a coffee… Everything was tidy. I was just in doubt about the voltage of the apartment, but everything is fine (127v). I want to come back more often. Super recommended!!!

We loved the stay, we found everything clean, organized, well-equipped kitchen, internet ok, air conditioning ok too. Mr. Moadir, wife, son, very polite, super quiet and safe place. Anyway, we highly recommend staying there. The difference we noticed was the bedding, super clean towels, they even offer personal hygiene items, which helps us a lot, just worry about going and enjoying. And very close to the beautiful beaches of Vila Velha, the place I love to travel to the most!! Don't be afraid and enjoy!

The house is excellent, very well-equipped, new and well-maintained furniture, extremely clean and leftover bedding, kitchen all equipped with utensils and appliances. The house is very close to the beach, supermarket, bakery and playgrounds for children. The hosts are very polite and helpful, I would definitely rent the house again.

We went in a class of 13 adults and 02 children and we simply love the house, every description corresponds to the house and its accommodations. The house was perfect for our stay, we intend to return soon. The hosts are considerate and kind, our class loved staying for 6 days at this home that is a true paradise.

Veronica's apartment is exactly like the pictures. All very clean and organized. The location is excellent, with many nearby shops, in addition to being about 100m from the beachfront. The suite and the living room has a direct view of the sea, which makes the site even more elegant. Verônica was also super solicitous throughout the accommodation, sending several tips also from the city and the gastronomy. It's well worth it! Thank you Veronica. If we return one day to Vila Velha, our first option will be your apartment!

Jorge was a very attentive host, even from a distance. He answered questions quickly, helped us with any doubts that arose and was always very polite and courteous. The apartment is well structured, has everything you need for a quiet stay, the neighborhood is good and there are 2 laundries nearby that help a lot when you have very thick clothes that take longer to dry. I recommend everything.
