The house of the birds is charming! It exceeded expectations. It's very big. Many rooms, beds, bathrooms, dishes, fans...There is everything in the house, nothing was missing. Impeccable organization and cleanliness. The outdoor space is sensational. Lots of space. Nature, playground for children, space to play football, cards, barbecue with pool table, foosball, ping pong. The kids took the bikes and really enjoyed the space. It's a lot, really, even hard to describe. Family atmosphere, too comfortable. Toys for children inside the house in a chest. The urge to stay there longer was great... The kids didn't want to leave. The location is great. Easy to walk to the beach and everything nearby. Quiet and quiet place. Lots of peace. The owner, Mr. Altevir, is very attentive and polite, always. Congratulations on such great organization. We will definitely return more often!

The house is extremely cozy and well-equipped, ideal for resting and enjoying the coastline. The view to the sea is incredible. The location is also excellent. The house has comfortable beds, working air conditioning, kitchenware, and a good overall structure. Host was very thoughtful, quick to respond. We are pleased with our stay.

The stay was wonderful! The house is brand new, very comfortable, exactly as in the listing description. The swimming pool and gourmet area served very well for us to spend time with family and friends. Both Alexander and Lucas were super attentive and supportive. The house is 5 minutes from Matinhos beach and 10 from Caieiras beach by car, very close by and easy access. The house is well secured, has alarm and presence sensors. Apartamento da Andreia is all that is described, the check in was perfect, all the detailed and super malleable instructions with the check in. The clean and very cozy apartment, had all the utensils of the kitchen. The only detail we have to have are the stairs, there are some moves to reach, nothing absurd, but from a hahaha. Quiet place, quiet neighborhood, has all the basics for a stay and some extras that we don't usually find in other places like washing machine and Alexa. Good cost-benefit, with clean and peaceful beach. Great for family stay.
