House 100 meters from the Jureia beach with a large and beautiful garden. The house is fresh very comfortable and have 400mbps fiber internet speed. With two suites the same, the house is fully equipped for you to feel in a hotel with all the freedom and privacy in the world. With a gourmet area balcony with hammock, tables, chairs we also have a solarium with barbecue. The house has an outside bathroom near the entrance with an outdoor shower for those coming back from the beach! Garage 4 cars

There are three bedrooms in the house and another optional in the building, with a total of three bathrooms and a toilet. Private pool, barbecue and freezer. In the Condominium there is a shopping center with restaurant, pizzeria, bakery, market, small bars, pharmacy, ice cream shop and etc. From the house to the concierge, only by car or free transportation (bus) that works all day long. On the beach, the kiosks provide a table chair and sun umbrellas with any consummation.

Our stay is in a Villagio, in the Condominium Morada da Praia, next to a reserve, very close to the entrance (you won't need a car to get to the beach). Enjoy all the security and convenience within the condominium: pharmacy, market, shops, restaurants, pizzeria, leisure, medical center, etc. You'll be able to use the pools in the listing photos (use is shared among the 12 houses). The stay does not offer: bedding, towels, blankets and food. Pets are not allowed.
