It has a large terrace with outdoor dining area, green area, sun loungers, swimming pool and barbecue. It has a private parking space.

On this descent there are restaurants with fresh fish and seafood daily, a small free parking lot, a protected promenade, and the Beluso Marina, where sailing classes are held among other activities. Downtown Bueu is about 700m away.
