Jorge's space is outstanding! Clean, brand new, very comfortable. Close to the waterfront, close to bars and restaurants. And Jorge is an extremely kind and helpful host, he assisted us whenever necessary. Anyway, I highly recommend the accommodation and I will certainly stay again.

The Pequi apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for a quiet stay! The photos of the apartment match what we found in it and our stay was very comfortable! The instructions given before check-in were correct and there were no problems entering the location! The apartment is well located, but it is a few blocks from Atalaia beach. The walk to the beach is peaceful! When necessary, the problems that arose were resolved promptly and did not cause any discomfort during the stay! We used travel agencies for tours, and they picked us up and dropped us off at the location without any problems. The apartment is on the first floor and close to a busy street, and there is a club in front that generates some noise throughout the day. This did not hinder at any time, but it needs to be taken into account. Pros: location, comfort, 24-hour concierge, full apartment, accessibility. Cons: low floor and noise.

The space is excellent, well located, close to several cool things to do, and Phillipe was super cool, let me in early, and even let me include a friend who wasn't on the reservation, I highly recommend it. One point to be improved is in the bathroom of the suite to put a box, because in the bath always the curtain stuck to the body, but I rented being aware that there was a curtain, but that did not change my experience.

I must admit it was a pleasant stay, top location, 100% safe... I recommend it and have no objections, on the contrary, only gratitude!

We had an amazing experience with my company in this house! The host is an excellent person, always very helpful and answering all our questions quickly. The house is wonderful, very well air-conditioned, with furniture in excellent condition and an impeccable outdoor area — the landscaping is simply beautiful! The pool was perfect, very well maintained. In addition, the leisure area exceeded expectations: pool table, foosball and card table, all in great condition and working perfectly. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Dione was an amazing host, super responsive and helpful. Very kind and helped us with every ask. The property is everything we'd hoped for, spacious (plenty of room for everyone), private (behind secure fencing and tucked away), 5 minute walk to the beach, and has all the ameneties (hot water, A/C, etc). We spent the week enjoying the pool and hammock, made churrasco, and even played some billiards. We loved this property and when we go back to Aracaju, this property will be the first one we book!

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, has many kitchen utensils ( more even than in the photos), cozy bed and sofa, with a good quilt... Everything is very cozy, the location is great, there are many options of markets nearby, in addition to the vendors' stands in the vicinity, it is 10 mins walk from the waterfront where there are many options of good restaurants tb. The building is excellent, friendly staff, a great gym, children's space, game room and pool. Rafael is a very attentive host, worried about his guests, always responded with attention to any questions we had, he received us full of pampering, with regional sweets... I felt at home...
