My place is near Beaches, Diving Spot, Tennis Court, Soccer, Pier Fishing, etc.... Capacity for 12 Guests. The house has an exclusive pool, with lighting, hydro, heating (optional, separate), integrated sauna, all next to the Deck, overlooking the sea, next to the barbecue, forming an excellent leisure area, with a table to serve everyone and 4 sun loungers. At the pier, there is an excellent place to dive and see turtles, countless fish and stingrays.

The house is close to pizzerias, a bakery, a supermarket, banks and a ferry, making it much easier for our guests to stay on the island. We are not providing bed and bath linens due to the pandemic. An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
