Monthly Rentals in Praia das Cordas

We had a perfect stay in Olga space! I and my family (06 adults and a baby) were comfortably accommodated. The apartment is as described in the listing, clean, organized, safe and with all the necessary utensils. The location is perfect, close to the wonderful Praia Grande. Olga is without a doubt a super host, answered all our questions, gave safety tips, tours, restaurants, etc. For all these reasons, we recommend the space and, returning to Governador Celso Ramos, we would like to stay again.

We really like the apartment! The town was impeccable! Location by the beach! Quiet neighborhood! Everything running in perfect condition! In the week we stayed the building was extremely quiet! Great place for those who have pets, on the corner of the av that has a central lawn bed! Rodrigo and His mother were extremely kind and always responded to us very quickly! At the apto there is a guide with all the necessary information for accommodation and travel! The beach is wonderful! We'll be back for sure! Only an inconvenience, Carnival Sunday closed the ava for a carnival with sound cars, we didn't know it! I think this information would be important, as it should happen every year! The rest was everything PERFECT! Thank you Rodrigo!

Very quiet place! Excellent cost-benefit! Next to excellent beaches (Praia das Figueiras and Praia das Cordas).. the wooden lodging is a grace, like the photos, it looks like a little caban, with a lot for a day of the beach, including chair and cart (I did not end up using it but I saw it). This specific unit does not have a glass box (my mistake that I did not look at), so for those who prefer it, it is worth reserving one of the other two in the same space. I will be back for sure!

Angelica's accommodation is very beautiful, cozy, comfortable and tailored for 5 adults and 1 child. The kitchen equipment is perfect, nothing is missing. It's right on the sand, making everything wonderful. She showed concern for us when, due to storms, we ran out of electricity, indicating the opening of the garage door and emergency light. Perfect in every way. We intend to return.
