Her place is like a dream! The house is beautiful furnished and the view is amazing! She is a great host. I also like that you can walk to the beach. This place is worth every penny and for sure I’m coming back!

The apartment is wonderful, beautiful landscape, very clean house, wonderful Jacuzzi. Alexandre was very attentive and helpful.

We have stayed at this house several times and it is always a very good experience! For those who want to be close to the Village and close to a good market, quiet beach, it is an excellent option. The place is amazing - beachfront location, accommodation, it’s more than well equipped. Nice tables and chairs in the house. The Beach tent they offer, was an amazing feature. We went with pets and it’s very secured / gated. Roberta was great to talk, very responsive.

Simply in love with my stay! The apê is super clean, organized and has a view of the sea that even looks like a movie setting. There was everything I needed there, every detail thought out with affection. And Cesar, the host, is out of order! Super good people, always available and made everything for my experience to be perfect. It was all so amazing that I'm already wanting to come back! Undoubtedly one of the best accommodations I've ever had.

The stay is beachfront, and the accommodation I stayed in has a large balcony, with a great view. Sleeping with the sound of the sea is very good! It is very important to pay attention to all of Marcia's instructions, as the accommodation does not have bed, table or bath linens, and you need to bring plastic bags to collect the trash. If you come by car along the indicated path, you may be unlucky enough to catch a high tide, which leaves the passage to the beach flooded, and it is risky to pass with certain cars. But there is a way to go around another street and enter the accommodation from above. It was a great experience, I'd go back!

the hostess was extremely solicitous and attentive! house clean, organized, with everything we needed. the barbecue area of the house is overlooking the sea, and exclusive exit to the sea. a delight to spend the day with family and pets. I recommend the house and I intend to return!

Simply one of the best trips we've ever taken, the family loved it. Hotel DNA has everything for a family, from heated swimming pools to a playroom for children. The apartment was impeccable, we felt completely at home. Joelma responds extremely quickly and was very kind and attentive. We already have a place to stay in Ubatuba, we'll be back for sure !!!

The apartment is perfect! The location could not be better. Extremely clean, well-equipped, excellent bed and bath linens and kitchen with all the necessary utensils. We spent wonderful days in Rafael's apartment. The location is perfect, the beach beautifully preserved, the apartment strategically located. In our case it was perfect because we could work from home for a few moments while our daughters played in the sand of the beach and we could see them out the window. Rafael was attentive from the first contact, always attentive, kind, asking if we needed anything. The apartment has almost everything except for toilet paper, sheets and towels. Good pots, good cooking equipment and minimalist decoration, super clean and of extreme good taste. I hope one day we can come back.

I chose Mário's place to spend a few days relaxing and celebrating my daughter's one-year anniversary. The apartment is large and well equipped. The condominium has everything, it's very quiet and the neighbors are cordial. We love the pool, the game room, the kids space and also the well-equipped BBQ space. Besides all the condominium is very close to the beach, we don't need the car for anything. I miss breakfast with that sensational view.

The house is true to the ad, very well equipped and in very good taste. The heated pool made all the difference at this time. The location is perfect and José Eduardo is a great host! I recommend it.

The apartment is excellent, beautiful just like in the photos! Very complete, especially the kitchen, which has a stove, oven, barbecue, water filter, etc. The reception and communication with Izinha was great, whenever we needed her, she responded quickly. The view of the place is stunning and the surroundings are very quiet. It is in the northern region of Ilhabela, a little further from the center, requiring a car for transportation if you want to go to the main restaurants of Ilhabela or to the beaches. I went on a holiday, the island was very crowded, so we got stuck in slow traffic whenever we left, spending 30 to 50 minutes to get to the center or beaches in the South region. There are some beach huts near the apartment, but the structure is inferior to the beaches of the South region. The only point of attention is the ramp to access the house, it is really very steep, with curves. We were in a 4x4 car and went up easily, but it could be a problem for those with a smaller car or who have some mobility difficulties.

We got 2 cloudier days, but the space is so nice that you can enjoy it very well, the bathtub is excellent for these days ☺️ Very clean, organized space, with all kitchen utensils and bed and bath linens! Leonardo was very attentive and careful with my accommodation, super quick in his responses and even helped me with an extra decoration that I requested from him! Impeccable! I'll definitely want to go back!

Great house, everything is clean and the view from the house to the beach is spectacular, location close to the market, bakery, restaurants. Everything was very good. The house has a great location,well aired, with access to two beaches, private security. Me and my family liked it so much that we were there in 2023 and now 2025. Victor is attentive and always answered our questions. My family and I recommend it, whoever you are won't regret it.

The place is amazing, we had a little problem with rainwater entering the second floor but otherwise it was all perfect, the hosts are extremely friendly and responded to all my messages quickly! In the end is well worth it if you like a Boa Vista, a good location for the beaches beyond the very nice and cozy space! I hope to return some day
