Therefore, the use of any of these areas is subject to availability. Recommendations This building is managed by a 24h remote concierge, and access is granted through a digital link sent on the day of your arrival. For your safety and convenience, entry to the apartment is via a digital lock code. We will send instructions through the platform on how to access the apartment and the condominium on the day of arrival. No cleaning supplies or products are provided. Apartment doors and windows are not sound-insulated; noise-sensitive guests may be bothered by external sounds, as the building is on a busy street. For this reason, we provide earplugs to all guests. The accommodation of children must be included in the total guest count and respect the apartment’s maximum capacity. No extra beds or cribs are available. Parking spots are marked on the wall. Hosting visitors is not allowed during the stay. If you want any additional cleaning during your stay, please contact our digital team — we offer cleaning packages tailored to your needs. Due to building logistics and security procedures, leaving luggage in the building before check-in is not allowed. We provide 100% virtual assistance, available 24h. Pets are allowed for an additional fee. All TVs are SMART and include free local channels. To comply with condominium rules, additional ID information is required once your reservation is confirmed. This listing includes multiple similar units; some items or aesthetic details may vary from the photos, but all are equally equipped. We have several units with the same layout, and the apartment is assigned only on check-in day. Therefore, special requests regarding floor level or view cannot be accommodated. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian — ID documentation is required. If accompanied by a third party, a notarized authorization is mandatory.
