In addition to a sofa bed in the living room, accommodating up to 6 people. The space is complete: an equipped kitchen to prepare your meals, a charming sitting area, an air-conditioned living room and much more!

Casa dedetizada a cada 3 meses com certificado. A casa fica cerca de 10 metros do mar e próximo dos points mais badalados de Maragogi. Casa muito próxima de mercados padarias restaurantes ótima opção para quem nao quer ficar andando de carro, admire o caminho de Moises da varanda e uma vista maravilhosa do mar.

The house is wonderful, cozy, complete. Comfortable rooms, full kitchen and has a great leisure area. We liked it so much that it was our second time at the house. And we'll come back more often. The host is very attentive and we appreciate the great hospitality. The condominium is quiet, safe, well located.

The house is sensational!! Fully equipped, with A/C in all rooms. 3 suites on the second floor and a bedroom on the ground floor with a bathroom in the front. Impeccable swimming pool (super important at high tide) and access to the beach through the garden gate (a few meters to the deck that leads to the beach). A mind-blowing natural pool in front of the house (you can walk there at low tide) or, if you prefer, the natural pool of Patacho has raftsmen in front (cheaper than taking the raft further on). We went by rental car and still drove around the other beaches (all nearby) and took the tour to see the manatees (we saw 4). Nando's beachside kiosk for a juice, drink or snack. Anyway, we'll always be back :)

The apartment is very comfortable for 4 people. Everything new and functioning perfectly. The location in relation to the beach is very good, but the neighborhood has many construction sites and is far from downtown Maragogi. It's great for those who have a car available. The stay was very good. Diogo is always very attentive and helpful.

Wonderful! The house is great, super well located and equipped. There is a restaurant right next door, the condominium has a swimming pool and children's play area. The house has direct access to the beach. We had a great holiday. We already want to go back!
