Casa da Falésia is located at the top of the cliff in the Areia Preta neighborhood, facing the sea, with a magnificent view. The beach at this point is little used, which guarantees privacy for guests. Access to the beach is via a staircase. The house has a swimming pool, 2 en-suites + 2 bedrooms (all with air-conditioning) + 1 bathroom, combined kitchen and living room and ample space, balcony overlooking the sea, barbecue and a kiosk with a gazebo. Open space for parking cars and a children's playground.

The chalet is located in the Morro da Fumaça neighborhood overlook. With a delightful balcony overlooking the sea, it consists of an en-suite with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, air-conditioning, bed and bath linens and can accommodate up to 4 people. Each chalet has a complete individual mini kitchen equipped with a 2-burner cooktop stove, minibar, blender, sandwich maker, dining appliance, pots and other utensils. We have a beautiful garden, parking, Wi-Fi and a barbecue area.

Casa dos Campanelli's is a special house in the paradise that is Caraíva. Facing the sea, inside the village, excellent location, just 100 meters from the beach bars. The kitchen is the heart of the house and has the love and care of Tuzia, our faithful cook. Expect a delicious and unforgettable breakfast. Note: the rent includes breakfast (from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.) and room cleaning from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays there is no service, but the kitchen is available for use.

The accommodation has no room for extra guests, even children. Access is by stairs, so we do not recommend it for guests with reduced mobility. The view is worth the effort. Located in a condominium of 4 houses in total. Swimming pools, barbecue and parking are in the common area and are shared with other guests, if any.
