Hello! My family and I stayed for 10 days at the home of hosts Carolina and Whellington. House with great structure according to the listing. Sanitized and well-packaged bed and bath linens are available. The beach is so close, it's almost in the backyard. We are still grateful for the kindness and availability of the hosts who welcomed us very well. We recommend and look forward to coming back soon.

10/10 I recommend it for anyone looking for a place to stay in Vila Velha, impeccably clean apartment, well decorated, modern, beautiful view, there is a market inside the building if you don't want to go to the market… it was worth every penny. It was perfect! The apartment is beautiful, it was clean, it is close to bakeries, bars, restaurants, drugstores and supermarkets. The host was kind, flexible and easy to communicate with. The building manager Stela is wonderful. We loved the experience! We recommend it!

The apartment is great, super complete and clean, the location is also excellent, quiet and with markets, pharmacies and places to eat nearby. The view is simply beautiful, the only thing I thought was lacking was the cleanliness of the air conditioning in the suite, which is one of the simplest window models, it was very dusty, I preferred not to turn it on. The host Tainá is very attentive, responds quickly and gives instructions in advance so that everything goes well.

Very attentive and well-mannered host, she responded quickly to everything. The apartment is excellent, less than a 1-minute walk to the beach, great restaurants nearby, pharmacy and other essential shops. Everything is very clean and organized, large rooms, bathroom with new showers, full kitchen, service area and beach chairs. It's definitely a place I'd easily stay again.

Good apartment for families! I went with my husband and my 3-year-old daughter! Very quiet building, very polite reception staff (all of them), very good building structure. The photos are very true. The location is good, a little far from everything we were doing, but nothing that an Uber couldn't solve. We had a setback on the penultimate day, but it was communicated very quickly and resolved. I highly recommend this apartment for rent.

The flat is exactly as shown in the photos, the view from the balcony is sensational, the kitchen has the necessary items to make quick meals. the air conditioning is very cold. The only thing I didn't like was the bedding, especially the blankets, which didn't seem so clean. That's the only observation, but nothing that would hinder the stay. The pharmacy and mini market in the building helped a lot, the organization of the beach and cleaning is also something to be praised. Lastly, I felt at home.

Great experience! Very nice space, close to everything! The village is clean and with all the necessary utensils. The receptionist, a super nice and friendly person, treated us very well. About the check-in, super flexible because I had an unforeseen event and Wilson solved it, granting us the space earlier. Super quiet place, clean pool and perfect view on the rooftop! I'd come back more often.

We stayed in Rodrigo's apartment, in Praia da Costa, from Thursday to Sunday, and it was just wonderful! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures: clean, well organized, comfortable and in an excellent location — close to the beach and with everything nearby. Rodrigo was a thoughtful and thoughtful host: he left bonbons, towels and bedding, which made all the difference in our arrival. I felt welcomed and very well received. You can go quietly, you will be very well installed. It would definitely return!
