The house is not luxurious, but it is cozy. Access is via a 250 m path that begins at the beach and is traveled on foot. This path begins with a slight ascent and at the end there is a staircase (55 low steps). Illustrations in the photos. The house is not very high for the village, and the height guarantees the view of the sea. Originally caiçaras, it was renovated by my parents, with whom I spent a lot of good times there. A rustic and simple house, in a place with total privacy, with the sea as its greatest companion. It is an extremely preserved area, surrounded by the Atlantic Forest around the Picinguaba Reserve. Part of the construction of the house was made using a typical caiçara canoe, affectionately called Paciência, in honor of the Canto da Paciência in Praia da Fazenda, where it was made. My house is inside the Prumirim condominium. In addition to having walking access to Prumirim beach and waterfall, it is close to the best beaches in Ubatuba, such as Felix, Itamambuca, Vermelha do Norte, among others.... You will love the space for its location, as it is in a heavenly place!! In addition to the coziness of a beautiful and well-built house in a quiet and well-preserved location! Accommodations are for couples, families and individual adventurers.

The room has 1 double bed and a bunk bed with new and comfortable mattresses. Both rooms offer incredible views of the Atlantic Forest and the Sea, surrounded by pure nature, just 500 meters from the most fantastic waterfall in Ubatuba, the Prumirim Waterfall. The room has a kitchen equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, sandwich makers, etc. It has a LED TV with cable channels. What I love most is the nature and the privileged view of the place.
