In about 30 minutes, you can reach the famous Rua das Pedras and enjoy the nightlife and the best restaurants in the region. Your family will be close to everything, restaurants and nightclubs, schooner and buggy rides, a 5-minute walk to the main shops on Rua das Pedras, and have the convenience of walking to the main beaches or, if you wish, taking a taxi boat… when you stay with us. We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. After booking, my WhatsApp will be made available.

Here, the view is breathtaking, because we are at one of the highest points in Cabo Frio! Our pool is a spectacle (only on our property - only 2 chalets) and Peró beach is just 13 minutes from here. Our accommodation is SMART, with connection to Alexa and TV connected to the main streaming services. Surrounded by preserved forest, you will experience very quiet days, relaxing in the hammock, pool or sofa. And the super Maldives breakfast can be served in the room or pool (contracted separately).

This 200m² home has 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a 40m² pool with shallow children’s area. Each room has air conditioning and premium quality king, queen or single beds. The garden includes a wooden deck, lounge chairs and gas BBQ. Private parking with security cameras. Smoke alarms in each room and a carbon monoxide alarm in the kitchen. Pets are welcome!

Temos 6 vagas de autos para todo o condomínio e o uso e por ordem de chegada, mas a rua de acesso é particular sem saída e com guarita.
