Located in a secluded area of the Poiana Țapului neighborhood in Bușteni, our house is ideal for a large family, 2-3 couples or a group of friends who want to spend their vacation in the mountains. The property has a special architectural style, the exterior being clad with stone and wood. It has 2 floors: ground floor and basement. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the basement, a spacious living room with an open-space kitchen.

In the basement we have an apartment with sauna with bedroom, living room with sofa bed, gazebo that is rented separately ideal for 1 family. Have fun with the whole family in this stylish place. Ideal for 2 families with children. On the ground floor we have an equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, blender,….) Dining area for 6-8 people, relaxation area with fireplace, TV, a sofa bed and a bathroom. Upstairs 2 large bedrooms, 1 small bedroom and a bathroom

The Vineyard House

The dancing light makes this place special. The vineyard, the beautifully mornings, the shady terrace under the ancient winding apricot tree. It’s a two bedroom, two bathroom, renovated, historic cottage sitting in a garden surrounded by vineyards. How about a farmers-market on Sunday mornings in the nearby village, the salty baths and pampering massage at Sarata-Monteoru, wine tasting at the best wineries in Romania, and restaurants, from intimate bistros to a rowdy bbq joint.

The Rose Farm, accommodation & event venue

Our garden is easily accessed from National Road 1(DN1) in Ciolpani. The pool is 6x3x1,5 meters, the big gazebo has 110 square meters and can accomodate up to 70persons at chairs and tables leaving enough room for dancing and placing the food inside in case of bad weather. Price listed here is small parties up to max 15 people including accommodation of up to 8 persons. For larger parties please send info on no of persons as a request. Parties must end at 12 at night.
