Beautiful, new and spacious apartment with everything one could possibly need (even charging cables and wireless phone charger!). Pavel/David were very accommodating to a number of special requests we had. I fully recommend this apartment

Ich verbrachte ein langes Wochenende mit meiner Partnerin. Die Wohnung war optimal für zwei Leute, groß genug, dass man sich auch mal zurückziehen kann. Wir haben uns sofort Wohlgefühlt, und haben gemerkt, dass dort mal wirklich jemand gewohnt hat, und es nicht nur für airbnb hergerichtet war. Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig, und dennoch gut angebunden an Straßenbahn innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten Fußweg. Der Lidl direkt in der Straße hat auch alles. Von dort aus kann man Prag gut erkunden, aber sich nach einem anstrengenden Tag hervorragend erholen. Miroslava war eine sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Gastgeberin. Gerne wieder!!

AMAZING PLACE & HOST!! We loved Prague but the stay at Patrik's was so great, the cherry on top of the trip :) He was very responsive and helpful to store our bags while he was cleaning from the prior guests and allowed us a late check out. We were truly able to destress and have less stress overall given his hosting and responsiveness. The place was so cute - we even had a little photoshoot with our cute dresses before going out for the night. Would love to stay again !!

The apartment is very comfortable and has everything needed for a great stay. The location is not so far from the city center – you can either take a nice walk along the river or get there quickly by tram. Having an underground parking garage is very convenient, and there are shops and cafés nearby. There is also a great area for walking a dog not so far house, with easy access to the riverbank and even an island for a nice stroll. Highly recommended!

The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and in a perfect location. It was on a quiet street but walking distance to all the restaurants and sights. The hot tub was a great touch and made the stay even more relaxing. Had everything we needed for a comfortable visit, would definitely recommend to others!

Moc hezký a klidný podkrovní byt s krásným výhledem na město. Skvěle situovaný a blízko všech míst, které stojí za to vidět. Procházka podél Vltavy až ke Karlovu mostu je nádherná. Určitě zase přijedeme. 😊👍

Netter Kontakt zum Gastgeber, ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nach kurzem Fußweg mit ein paar Höhenmetern Bade-/Angelbereich gut erreichbar.

We hebben 10 dagen doorgebracht in het huis van Kristyna en ons prima vermaakt! We hadden overwegend goed weer, waardoor we het zwembad lekker konden gebruiken. Prettig: de binnenkant is van een soort zeil en niet van tegeltjes dus lekker comfortabel zonder scherpe randen. Iedere dag buiten eten, bbq een paar keer gebruikt, prima bedden, horren voor alle ramen, airco door bijna het hele huis. Er zijn 3 slaapkamers maar 1 daarvan is op de overloop van de andere 2 slaapkamers en daar heb je dus wat minder privacy. Keuken is prima (er is alleen geen oven) Veel prive tuin/ruimte om het hele huis. Er is een ander klein gasten verblijf vlakbij maar daar hebben we helemaal geen last van gehad en de tuin kan eventueel verder afgeschermd worden als je dat wil. Zwembad en tuin zijn sowieso prive. Voor wie Praag wil bezoeken: zet je auto neer bij de P+R ‘Cerny most’ en pak de metro naar het centrum. Metro is €1,- p.p. en parkeren was €2,- voor een hele dag

Sehr schöne Villa mit großem Garten, hervorragende Ausstattung, schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Bei Fragen oder Hilfe vor Ort jederzeit erreichbar und stets hilfsbereit. Früher check-in und später check-out waren ohne Probleme möglich. In allen Belangen ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen, alles was das Herz begehrt!

Der Aufenthalt bei Martina und Alexi war wirklich toll. Die Begrüßung und die Offenheit der Gastgeber war sehr angenehm. Die Lage direkt am See, war einfach wunderschön und sehr ruhig. Genau so haben wir uns das vorgestellt. Unser ursprüngliches Hotel in Prag war plötzlich überbucht… und wir sind glücklicherweise auf Martinas Unterkunft gestoßen. Eine Buchung war spontan möglich. Vielen vielen Dank, dass wir bei euch sein durften.❤️ Wir würden gerne auch wieder kommen und hätten wir Zeit gehabt, wären wir auch länger geblieben.

Perfect location!! Great accommodation which slept 5 of us easily.

The check-in process was smooth and easy. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, and located near the river, which made for a peaceful atmosphere. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. While it’s a bit outside the city center, there’s a tram stop just 100 meters away that makes getting around very convenient. Thank you Martin for the lovely stay!

Die Unterkunft von Natalia ist ein Glücksgriff gewesen. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben, weil wirklich alles gepasst hat. Es war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Natalia war eine herausragende Gastgeberin und hat versucht all unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Guckt euch auf jeden Fall Vysehrad an und nehmt euch ein gutes Buch mit um in dieser wunderschönen Gegend zu verweilen!

would definitely recommend this place for a small group of friends who go out late. this place has no windows so no light to wake you up. The space is very big and location is perfect. My next time in prague will definitely be here again.

The apartment is very nice, clean, modern, and well equipped. Convenient location, just a few minutes walk from river, Tesco super market and tram station. Only approximately 20 minutes tram ride to the center of Prague. Communication with Sonja is easy. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again during future visits to Prague.

Very comfortable apartment with nice outdoor deck. Excellent location. (If you prefer to stay in a non-touristy neighborhood with easy access to the old town this location can’t be beat.) Responsive host with helpful recommendations. Highly recommend
