One of the coziest homes I've ever visited (and I've been to many). What sets it apart is that, upon entering, you feel as if you're living through the life of its owner alongside her — she clearly lives here with her children, and you could easily spend an entire day just admiring her paintings, books, and her children's crafts. After six hours there, I felt as if I'd known her for ages, and it was clear she’s a wonderful woman, awesome mother and a good person (and obviously cooks a lot)). The tuned guitar was a delightful touch. In short, this house has the soul of its owner, and I can say for sure that she is lovely. Separately, I would like to say that the design was clearly created by a person with taste, and looks much better in life - moreover, the light in the house is perfectly matched, which is rare in Airbnb offerings. So in the evening you can create the perfect atmosphere, which, together with the fireplace, will make you want to come back here again and again.

Von Anfang an hat einfach alles gepasst: - Persoenlicher Check-In mit Erklaerung von allen notwendigen Dingen - Sie hat individuelle Wuensche erfuellt - Alles war sauber und in gutem Zustand - Ausstattung koennte nicht besser sein, besonders in der Kueche. Ausserdem extra Bettwaesche und viele Handtuecher. - Schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation vor und waehrend des Aufenthalts Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen, vor allem wenn man mit Familie kommt und laenger bleiben moechte. Es gibt in 2-3 Fussminuten einen kleinen Spielplatz mit Fussballtoren und Basketball Korb. Wir haben einen Fussball und Basketball dort gelassen fuer die kommenden Gaeste. We stayed at this place for 1 month with 2 middle size dogs. Everything was perfect - central location 10 min away from big park to walk dogs, cafes, bars and grocery shopping. Very comfortable apartment with great view. We felt like at home, thanks for hosting

We had a truly wonderful weekend in the beautiful forests of the Czech Republic. The location, just south of Prague, was perfect for scenic hikes and peaceful nature walks. We also spent a day in Prague, which was easy to reach by train – although I’d still recommend renting a car to fully enjoy the area. The house itself is an absolute 10 out of 10. The hot tub and terrace quickly became our favorite spots to relax, especially with the stunning view. The interior is modern, beautifully furnished, and the amenities were absolutely perfect – everything we needed was there and thoughtfully prepared. A small note for future guests: the last kilometer leading to the house is a rough gravel path with narrow bushes on both sides. We’d recommend that only confident drivers take the car all the way to the house and park on the property. All in all, this place is a hidden gem and one we would love to return to. A wonderful holiday for our family - two adults and two children. The peaceful location was easily accessible via public transport, the sleeping area was a delight for our daughters, while the host was extremely helpful and accommodating. We hope to stay again in the near future. A thoroughly recommended destination

Ubytovanie bolo bezproblémové a prebehlo hladko. Veľmi oceňujem, že bol povolený aj pobyt s domácim miláčikom. Celý proces bol jednoduchý a príjemný. S ubytovaním som bol maximálne spokojný. Vrelo odporúčam každému. Osobný kontakt s majiteľom bol priateľský a nápomocný. Miesto je v tichej rezidenčnej oblasti s veľkým množstvom zelene naokolo, ideálne ako východiskový bod na prechádzky po okolí. Jediná vec, na ktorú treba dať ale pozor, ak pôjdete so psom, je točité schodisko, ktoré nie je moc vhodné pre jeho pohyb, aspoň ten náš, menšie plemeno, mal s tým problémy a museli sme ho nosiť na rukách. Čo nevadí, iba som sa bál, že raz ho napadne ísť dole a nedopadne to dobre... vyriešili sme to provizórne blokádou z prítomných dvoch taburetiek, našťastie nemal tendenciu ich preskočiť :D Možno do budúcna taká rada, ktorá mi napadla s odstupom času, namontovať dvierka ako pre deti, určite aj pre rodičov to bude pokoj na duši vedieť, že žiadny pád, z takých schodov nehrozí.

U Emy jsme si s rodinou a přáteli užili opravdu krásný pobyt. Ubytování bylo skvělé – prostorná, čistá a velmi dobře zařízená vilka v klidné čtvrti blízko přírody, ideální pro odpočinek. Ema je navíc výjimečně pozorná hostitelka, se kterou byla radost komunikovat – vše probíhalo hladce a příjemně. Pokud se naskytne někdy další příležitost, moc rádi se sem vrátíme. Děkujeme!

Tereza is a responsive, helpful and caring host. The apartment is closely located to the Old Town – just a couple of tram stops away. The area is nice with a lot of greenery, but the street can get quite busy. The apartment is exceptionally well-equipped. There was everything we needed. Both the bed (very large) and sofa-bed are comfortable. The bathroom is big with a washing machine and plenty of storage space. The apartment itself is tidy. Tereza’s apartment has been the best airbnb place I stayed at so far. I definitely recommend it.

Had a great time, the flat was spotless, the gym was well equipped, everything was clean and Viktoria was lovely. The flat is close to a tram stop so it was super easy to see everything, shops near by for cooking supplies. Highly recommended

Es war wirklich sehr schön bei Natalia, sie war sehr freundlich, ebenso ihr mann. Die Lage war ziemlich zentral nur 20 min in die Innenstadt mit der Bahn oder dem Uber. Es war sehr sauber und ruhig! Der Pool war das Highlight bei unseren Temperaturen! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

It was really a relaxed existence in Matej and Domenika's house. An idyllic peace and at the same time a lively home where it is absolutely not noticeable if you have forgotten something at home, because nothing is missing and you have permission to feel at home and to use what the house has to offer. From the pantry, when a spice was missing, to a small but definitely nice sauna, to the sports field opposite, we were always completely happy. And if there was still a question or a special concern, Matej always responded promptly and helped. A very lovely family who was personally there to welcome us and say goodbye and provided us with tips, tricks, maps and everything we needed for a holiday in Dubiny/Velke Popovice. Thank you for everything and stay happy and healthy 😇

Toto ubytování jsme s kamarádkami zvolili pro strávení společnou casu a oslavu našich 30tin. Ubytování naprosto bomba. Terasa s výhledem. Byli jsme nadšené. Prochazka doku k přece a přívozu. Mnoho možnosti občerstvení a dobré kávy. Určitě doporučujeme :)

Felt like a fairytale, recommend! Great vibe, atmosphere, everything felt just right… We stayed for one night in 5 people and it was not a lot of space, we left our bags in the car but it was not an issue, but for bigger groups - keep that in mind:) Nevertheless , we wouldn’t change it for anything else! Such an amazing stay in quiet place! we loved it ❤️

•die Kommunikation war Top! Wir wollten an einem Abend grillen, haben aber bemerkt, dass die Gasflasche des Grills leer war. Nach einer kurzen Nachricht an Jana war innerhalb von ca 30 Minuten ein Techniker da und hat uns eine neue Gasflasche gebracht. Der Grillabend war somit gerettet! •Der Whirlpool wurde von den Männern unserer Gruppe oft und gerne genutzt - die waren begeistert. Die Sauna heizt wirklich schnell auf und war mein Highlight. •Die Lage ist wirklich ruhig - man bekommt kaum was von dem Stadtlärm mit. Unsere Gruppe (bestehend aus Mitte 20 - Anfang 30 jährigen) hat den Aufenthalt wirklich genossen!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft! Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin war unkompliziert und freundlich! Ein früherer Check in war nach Absprache möglich. Gerne wieder!

Smeštaj je bio čist i uredan. Stan je prostran sa dosta svetlai lepim pogledom. Kuhinja ima sve sto je potrebno za prijatan boravak. Kraj u kome se nalazi zgrada je miran i ono sto je dosta bitno, tramvajska stanica je skoro ispred zgrade.

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Sie liegt zwar nicht ganz zentral. Aber die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung in die Innenstadt ist sehr gut! Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber man fühlt sich wirklich sehr wohl! Dafür hat man aber auch ein geräumiges Badezimmer. Kommen sicher wieder, wenn es uns mal nach Prag verschlägt! 😊

Boendet var väldigt fint med kort promenad till tunnelbana. Sängen i sovrum 2 var dock väldigt hård men i övrigt ett väldigt fint boende. Rekommenderas starkt om man vill resa till Prag och uppleva en fantastisk stad.

Mein Hund und ich wurden freundlich begrüßt und die wichtigsten Dinge wurden mir gezeigt.

Dopo che il precedente host aveva annullato la prenotazione senza avvertire dopo che avevamo già scaricato le valigie e dopo che lo stesso non ha voluto risolvere il problema , ci siamo trovati senza una sistemazione Per fortuna e forse anche perché esiste il Karma ci siamo imbattuti sull’alloggio di Zeb stanchi e frustati . Il giorno seguente invece, siamo entrati per due giorni in questa splendida casa dove ognuno di noi verrebbe viverci tutti i giorni Siamo stati accompagnati al check in da Petr ! Gentile e premuroso in tutto , dandoci consigli anche per muoversi in Praga e dove andare a fare la spesa Lo consigliamo a tutti , la zona che è in costruzione nei prossimi mesi sarà ancora più entusiasmante

byt ma dobru lokalitu, hned cez cestu je stanica metra, okolie je tiche. Byt je cisty, zariadeny a hlavne kuchyna so vsetkym co treba. Hostitelka velmi ustretova. Ak este pridem do Prahy, tak moja prva volba na ubytovanie bude tento apartment.

Vi trivdes jättebra på boendet. Det var jätterent och fint Gångavstånd till de flesta sevärdheterna och nära till kollektivtrafik!

Marek’s place was clean and he was available any time I needed him. He was very accommodating. I would recommend him to anyone that’s interested in visiting the area. The tram stops right in front of the building and you can go anywhere you need.
