Beautiful historic property in a great location. Creative use of the space. Very walkable, but parking can be a challenge. Dana provided good recommendations.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, jedoch nur wenige Gehminuten von einer U-Bahn- und Bushaltestelle entfernt. Auch eine Billa-Filiale sowie mehrere Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Es bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen – ob im Sessel, auf dem Sofa oder draußen auf der Terrasse. Auf der Terrasse laden eine Hollywood-Schaukel, ein Grill und stimmungsvolle Beleuchtung zum Verweilen ein. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich vorbereitet. Kornelie hat uns sogar eine Vase mit frischen Tulpen hingestellt – eine schöne Geste, die den ohnehin schon einladenden Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht hat. Die Küche ist großzügig geschnitten und bestens ausgestattet – sehr gut zum Kochen. Das Highlight für unsere größeren Kinder nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt war der riesige Fernseher mit vielen Streaming-Möglichkeiten. Kornelie ist äußerst freundlich, und hilfsbereit.

We stayed at this place for 1 month with 2 middle size dogs. Everything was perfect - central location 10 min away from big park to walk dogs, cafes, bars and grocery shopping. Very comfortable apartment with great view. We felt like at home, thanks for hosting

A wonderful holiday for our family - two adults and two children. The peaceful location was easily accessible via public transport, the sleeping area was a delight for our daughters, while the host was extremely helpful and accommodating. We hope to stay again in the near future. A thoroughly recommended destination

Все замечательно...все соответствовало описанию..есть большой балкон. Кухня со всем необходимым. По нашим просьбам приносили то,что было необходимо ( например закончилось...и донесли). Неожиданно было,что в спальне нет дверей...по фото не было видно. Мы проживали 10 дней...аппартаменты убирать не приходили и постель не меняли.узнали об этом,когда заселились.( полотенца по нашей просьбе поменяли). Дополнительно берут оплату за уборку..почему-то она не входит в стоимость проживания...с таким мы столкнулись первый раз...нигде такого не было. Всегда убирали в аппартаментах и меняли постельные принадлежности. Немного шумно- апартаменты над дорогой. До ближайшего метро и ТЦ надо немного проехать на трамвае. Метров 300-400 магазин Lidl. За исключением некоторых ньюансов...все хорошо...рекомендую

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Kommunikation war besonders schnell, super freundlich und sehr hilfreich ❤️. Das Haus ansich ist sehr stilvoll und mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wer zentral in Prag wohnen möchte wird mit dieser Unterkunft zu 100% zufrieden sein. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder in dieses Raumwunder ❤️😊 ! Vielen Dank für Alles💕

Appartement très calme, bien équipé et bien situé à proximité (2 min) du metro et des trams de Pavlova et à 10min à pied de la gare centrale. Nb les 2 chambres sont en enfilade, on traverse la 1ere (qui fait aussi salon) pour accéder à la 2eme et à la salle de bain.

Sehr schönes und ruhig in einem Wohngebiet gelegenes Doppelhaus. Die Erreichbarkeit von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nach Prag ist sehr gut. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Unsere Vermieterin Pavlina war sehr freundlich und hat auf Anfragen immer recht schnell geantwortet. Ich kann diese Unterkunft vollauf empfehlen.

Had a great time, the flat was spotless, the gym was well equipped, everything was clean and Viktoria was lovely. The flat is close to a tram stop so it was super easy to see everything, shops near by for cooking supplies. Highly recommended

Moc děkujeme! ,velmi krásný prostorný a zároveň útulný apartmán plný zajímavých uměleckých předmětů. Kousek od nájezdu na dálnici. Hostitelky byla velmi milá a přátelská.

Toto ubytování jsme s kamarádkami zvolili pro strávení společnou casu a oslavu našich 30tin. Ubytování naprosto bomba. Terasa s výhledem. Byli jsme nadšené. Prochazka doku k přece a přívozu. Mnoho možnosti občerstvení a dobré kávy. Určitě doporučujeme :)

•die Kommunikation war Top! Wir wollten an einem Abend grillen, haben aber bemerkt, dass die Gasflasche des Grills leer war. Nach einer kurzen Nachricht an Jana war innerhalb von ca 30 Minuten ein Techniker da und hat uns eine neue Gasflasche gebracht. Der Grillabend war somit gerettet! •Der Whirlpool wurde von den Männern unserer Gruppe oft und gerne genutzt - die waren begeistert. Die Sauna heizt wirklich schnell auf und war mein Highlight. •Die Lage ist wirklich ruhig - man bekommt kaum was von dem Stadtlärm mit. Unsere Gruppe (bestehend aus Mitte 20 - Anfang 30 jährigen) hat den Aufenthalt wirklich genossen!

L'appartement est conforme à la description, situé proche du centre et des commerces dans une résidence très calme. Je recommande.

Jana was very responsive. Her place was very well organized and it was very well stocked with a little bit of everything. Jana was always so helpful. Her loft is so charming and really central to alot of great places.

Bylo to opravdu hezké, hostitelé moc milí. Cokoliv jsme potřebovali, byli tu pro nás. Určitě doporučuji a při další návštěvě se určitě vrátím☺️ moc děkuji za takový přístup !

L’emplacement de l’appartement était idéal, à environ 10 minutes du centre historique. Le logement est très bien équipé et propre. Simona est très réactive et ses indications étaient très claires. En bref, j’ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Le plus : pour 5€, il est possible de laisser ses bagages dans une pièce surveillée par les réceptionnistes. Je recommande vivement pour un séjour de plusieurs jours à Prague.

I stayed in Prague for 5 days as a solo female. The flat felt very safe and was in an amazing location for exploring the city. The photos represent the flat well, although it was slightly bigger than I expected. I thought the bed was comfortable and there were a lot of amenities (hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, dishwasher tablets etc.). Due to the location, it was fairly noisy at night, but I think it's impossible to be so central and not be. Tomas/Patrik were very responsive and provided lots of local information. I would happily stay here again in the future.

Unbeatable location! Just around the corner of the main plaza. Apartment fully equipped to have a very pleasant stay. Would go there again!

Had a wonderful stay in Prague! Steps to astronomical clock and most other old town monuments. Very clean, ample space. Some great restaurants in the area as well!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Unterkunft in der phantastischen Stadt Prag! Wir können uns den vielen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Nada ist perfekt organisiert und so klappte alles reibungslos. Sehr gut auch der Stellplatz im nahegelegenen Parkhaus Palladium.Die Wohnung liegt in einer schönen Straße von wo man sehr schnell in der Stadt ist, was äußerst praktisch ist. Rundherum sind viele Bars und Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und außergewöhnlich vom Design. Alles war sehr sauber. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur jedem empfehlen! Vielen Dank nada für die schöne Zeit in Prag!!!
