El apartamento se encuentra en lugar muy bonito con el cafetería en el primero piso para las compras que necesitas como viajero. Hay muchos restaurantes y bares 5minutos caminando. La habitación estuvo muy bonita y limpia, tenía las cosas que necesitaba para cocinar para trabajar también. Me gustó que el dueño siempre estaba atento de cualquier duda que tenía en mi estancia. Great spot to stay in, heads up the lock turns 3 times to fully get secured, good area and a nice 10-20 min walk to anything you need

Lugar con una espacio muy bien organizado, fui con mi amiga y cada una teníamos nuestro baño lo que nos pareció super, muy céntrico por lo que íbamos caminando a los restaurantes y lugares como Provenza, cerca del tren por lo que también nos movilizamos sin problemas, lugar limpio, no tengo ninguna observación, muy recomendable

Fredy was such a great host. We stayed there over a month and we’re very happy. He was always responsive - even willing to drive two hours when we lost the key! Thankfully we found the key, but the gesture was so appreciated. Excellent location, apartment and host. Thanks Fredy!

This was our 2nd stay here and we still love it. Great location close to many restaurants, bars, and transportation. Gets a lil noisy on weekend nights so plan excursions accordingly. Definitely recommend!

This lovely apartment was a beautiful oasis in the heart of the lively Poblado district... The space is clean, quiet & tranquil, but just steps away from wonderful coffee shops, restaurants, & music venues. We were so delighted with the artful nature of the apartment, the luxurious steam showers & the beautiful patios lush with plants & golden light. My only hesitation about writing this review is a concern that this special apartment might not be as readily available when we eagerly return to Medellin! I can't imagine finding a more wonderful perfect space!

This place has all the basics you would need for both shorter and longer term stays. The co-working area is a lovely outdoor garden space, and a nice way to meet other travelers. Juan Carlos is very responsive and helpful with anything you need!

Place was very clean and well appointed, had everything we needed. Location near Poblado Park was convenient as it was a meeting point for many tours. Walking distance to Provenza but also lots of restaurants nearby. Gustavo responded quickly to any inquiries and provided a list of neighborhood suggestions prior to our arrival. Would recommend as a base for anybody visiting Medellin.

Modern and small studio complex in a quiet neighborhood, the studio was extremely spacious. I did not get the chance to use the other amenities, but the pool looked great from the balcony. Restaurants and grocery stores in walkable distance, would definitely come back here if I am ever in Medellín again.

One of the best Air bnb apartments we have visited. Super clean, modern, comfortable and has everything you need and more for a great visit to Medellin. It’s a few steps from the metro, which is very convenient to get just about anywhere; yet it is located on a side street away from the noise and bustle. Walkable to great cafes and restaurants in Laureles and we felt very safe. It’s an excellent value and we are glad we chose this place.

David and his father are top-tier hosts. They received me warmly and promptly responded to any issues, concerns, or questions I had. The bed was cozy and the desk was elite - I was able to really lock in on my business from the comfort of this work station. There's some noise from the street during the day, but the internet speeds are exceptional and, frankly, better than any other place I've stayed in this area. A five-minute walk from La 70 and a 10-minute walk from the heart of Laureles, this place gets my stamp of approval as a digital nomad with ~3 years of experience living in Medellin.

Modern building with excellent features. Great WiFi with 98 mbps download speeds. Hosts are very responsive and friendly.

Me encantó el aparta estudio, tiene todo lo que necesitas y mucho más. Estaba limpio, buena velocidad de Internet, agua caliente disponible a toda hora. Los hosts fueron muy amables y siempre estaban disponibles para ayudar. Y considero que el mayor protagonista es la vista de la ciudad desde el aparta estudio, muy hermosa.

Este AirBnb es pequeño, pero perfecto si vas a estar explorando la ciudad y necesitas una base o un lugar para dormir. La comunicación de los hosts fue increíble y la entrada es relativamente fácil. El apartamento tiene mucho de lo que necesitas, y lo demás (como aceite para cocinar, detergente para lavar ropa, etc) se puede comprar por muy barato en una tienda a 100 metros del apartamento. La ubicación es buena, queda cerca del metro y alrededor hay varios restaurantes y tiendas. Nos permitió explorar bien la ciudad. Gracias Carlos y Alejandra!
