Wake up feeling wonderfully rested and have breakfast on the balcony. Then sunbathe on the solarium or take a dip in the pool with a drink along the impressive turquoise lagoon. In the afternoon a tapas lunch on the beach or on the terrace. There are many public beaches to visit in the nearby villages (10 minutes). There are plenty of sports options such as volleyball, golf, swimming and canoeing. There is still construction work going on at the resort. However, our complex is finished.

Araguaney is a duplex flat located on the 2nd floor, it is spacious and modern with a private terrace perfect to disconnect and enjoy, within a community in the centre of Roda. At street level there is a bar and a small supermarket. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, with free access to the communal swimming pool and a parking space in the communal car park (option of a second parking space at extra cost). It is 500m from the Roda Golf Club, 2 km from Los Alcázares and its beaches.

The living room includes a table for 4 people, a nice sitting area and TV with blueray and google-chromecast. Terrace with table and chairs, as well as 2 sun loungers.

Completely renovated in 2025, this apartment preserves the history of the century-old building in which it is located. The renovation carried out by the architecture studio GÁLVEZ+DÍAZ has managed to rescue the original hydraulic pavements hidden under two levels of tiles, restore the balcony doors and the modernist viewpoint of the facade and enhance the solid brick of the original load-bearing walls of the building and its structure of sawn wooden beams.
