Our stay in Javier's big studio was eventful with the tail end of a gale bowing outside - we could hardly walk down the street. Be aware that in January there was not much open but Javier directed us to a couple of good ones and also to some interesting botanical gardens. He was responsive and friendly throughout.

Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

La casa es igual que en las fotos, estaba limpia y muy bien equipada. Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos, está en una buena localización para visitar Cabo de Gata y distintas playas. Se puede aparcar cerca de la casa con facilidad. Juan José ha sido muy amable y muy atento en todo momento. Recomiendo mucho su alojamiento.

The house was lovely and the view is beautiful the outside space and pool are small but was perfect for my husband and i . Very clean and a great base to explore the area from would definitely recommend.

We regret that we haven't plan longer stay. Place is much better than it looks from photos. The view is spectacular. Terrace is well equipped and provides great privacy. Place is spacious, provides two bedrooms and bathroom on one floor and great living room, kitchen, terrace and second bathroom on upper one. There is small desk to work. Flat was really clean and tidy, with extra toys for children. Parking spot is Just normal size - We parked Renault Captur with two cars on sides with no problem. Carboneras itself is really nice city, with great beach. Bear in mind that area is hilly and flat is second floor without lift with stairs inside. Great place for holidays, with a great communicative host.

Una casa preciosa con todo lo necesario para pasar una bonita estancia y muy bien situada, en el mismo centro del pueblo. Lo mejor la terraza con sus bonitas vistas y su barbacoa.

Ana was amazing, and so so helpful. We really had an amazing time at the house and it’s absolutely beautiful. Thank you for sharing it with us, highly recommend it.

The apartment is exactly as the pictures promise! Great sea view, everything very clean and everything you need is there. We had a great time there and Pablo is a good host who makes sure you have everything you need!

¡Nos encantó! Fuimos a pasar el fin de semana en familia y no podríamos haber elegido mejor dónde quedarnos. La playa a un paso, la casa con acceso directo a la piscina, con su terracita, muchísima luz, la limpieza perfecta, las camas cómodas ...nos habríamos quedado allí un mes :)

Lloc idoni per desconectar si t'agrada la natura fent senderisme, cayack, snorkel, bicicleta , disfrutar de platges i sobretot amb cales molt boniques on solsament i pots accedir caminant. Les Negres és un poble on menjar peix i marisc fresc , ben situat al mig del Cabo de Gata.

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en un fantástico lugar y la casa con todo lo necesario y en inmejorables condiciones, muy recomendable y sin duda repetiré se está muy bien. Los dueños muy amables y el trato a sido un encanto.

Todo muy lindo. Cerca de la playa, además tiene una piscina compartida muy linda. Recomiendo este lugar.

Nerea se portó maravilloso con nosotros, muy amable y con muy buena disposición, responde los mensajes muy rápido y nos encantó el depto con muy buena ubicación.

Oscar fue muy atento y amable, la llegada al alojamiento fue fácil con un vídeo perfectamente explicado todo! Recomendable, apartamento muy cómodo y bien cuidado, camas muy cómodas y todo bien aseado!

Hemos pasado unos dias estupendos el apartameto esta muy bien no la falta de nada, si volvemos por la zo a repetiremos si. Duda

La casa es preciosa, muy cómoda y equipada con todo lo necesario. Pozo de los Frailes es un lugar tranquilo, ideal para descansar, pero bien conectado con otras localidades interesantes de la zona. Alicia fue una anfitriona excepcional: amable, atenta y muy flexible con la hora de llegada —¡nos recibió en persona a las 22:30! Se nota que le tiene mucho cariño a su casa y que quiere compartir ese aprecio con quienes se alojan en ella. Agradecemos mucho los pequeños detalles, como dejarnos café en cápsulas, y algo sal, azúcar y aceite, que hacen la estancia aún más agradable. Sin duda, una experiencia muy recomendable.

Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en el apartamento de Carmen !!! En primera línea de playa con todas las comodidades posibles . El pueblo de las negras preciosos , nos a enamorado ! Volveremos seguro ! Gracias Carmen por estar siempre disponible para que lo necesitáramos .

Villa Jarapa es ideal para desconectar unos días en el Cabo de Gata. El alojamiento es muy acogedor y estaba muy limpio cuando entramos. Es espacioso y tiene un patio muy agradable para desayunar y cenar. Está muy cerca de San José, la Isleta del Moro y de las playas de los Genoveses y Monsul. Alexandre fue muy buen anfitrión, instrucciones claras y precisas y muy rápida la comunicación. Se permite el alojamiento con mascotas y eso se agradece mucho.

Apartamento muy cerca de la playa de San José, de fácil aparcamiento y gran variedad de supermercados y restaurantes. El anfitrión de 10, fue atento, amable y dio las indicaciones precisas para que la llegada fuese lo más cómoda posible.

Het is een ontzettend fijn verblijf waar je met het dakterras en voortuin heerlijk in de zon en schaduw kan zitten. Alle benodigde voorzieningen in huis zijn aanwezig en schoon, daarbij zijn de leuke boekjes en speelgoed voor kinderen echt een hit, top! De locatie is heerlijk rustig, en heeft ook leuke restaurantjes en tapasbarren op een steenworp afstand. Lucrecia heeft een heel fijn huis en is ook heel fijn in het contact, en reageert bijna direct. Heerlijk genoten!

Wir verbrachten zwei Nächte in Patricia‘s Häuschen . Sie begrüßte uns sehr herzlich , hatte bereits einen fahrbaren Gasofen bereit gestellt , wofür wir sehr dankbar waren. Es standen Früchte, Tomaten und Getränke bereit und sie gab uns viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung . Das Innere des Hauses ist sehr gemütlich , es ist alles vorhanden um sich selbst zu versorgen . Außen ist es wunderschön gestaltet und lädt zum Sitzen ein . Da wir nur einen kompletten Tag zur Verfügung hatten , starteten wir früh. Die Gegend in diesem Naturpark ist spektakulär, wir liebten die kleinen Orte an den schönen Stränden . Leider hatten viele Restaurants geschlossen , die Saison im Cabo de Gata endet Mitte Oktober . Wir möchten Patricia noch einmal danken für ihre Gastfreundschaft .

The apartment has a beautiful setting right next to the beach with a cute balcony to admire the views when eating or relaxing. The accommodation is spacious with a minimalist feel. The bathrooms and bedrooms are very comfortable. The kitchen/living area is the jewel of the flat with excellent, spacious facilities to cook and relax. There are restaurants and bars very near by and people are friendly. There is a large modern shopping complex a 15 minute walk away although we found local facilities rather limited. There is a long promenade in each direction which is great for long walks/bike rides. We loved cooking, relaxing walking and admiring the views, a prefect apartment for all of those.
