We invite you to our place on earth, and literally a little under... where you can rest comfortably, sleep at night and during the day, if you feel like it. We offer a comfortable apartment, unique interior, relaxing bath, comfortable shared bed, a cup of coffee... In winter it is cozy and warm, and in summer it is pleasantly cool. The window in the apartment is technical, it does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people suffering from claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air handling unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers in Poznań. There is a paid guarded car park in the vicinity, and a car park under the building (paid zone A). We guarantee you a comfortable, discreet stay. We issue VAT invoices. Be our guest!!!

W pełni wyposażone w WIFI, TV kablową. W okolicy mieszkania jest mnóstwo restauracji oraz sklepów. Do najbliższego przystanku tramwajowego można się dostać w 2 minuty. COVID-19 Dla bezpieczeństwa, mieszkanie jest dokładnie dezynfekowane po każdej rezerwacji.

Quiet, close and green

I have a perfectly located apartment for you: in a quiet, peaceful, green housing estate, and at the same time close to the center – only 1 tram stop! On site, you will enjoy a bedroom and a sunny living room, a kitchen where you can easily prepare meals and a spacious balcony overlooking the center of Poznań. I took care of the apartment as best I could. However, if you need anything else, I am close – I live with my family next door.

The apartment is located in a high-class building in a quiet neighborhood, and yet in close proximity to the Old Market Square (7 min walk) and Warta (5 min walk). The apartment's equipment will allow you to prepare meals on your own, and there are numerous restaurants nearby. Most comfortable for 2 people, but there is a sofa bed in the living area.
