You will be close to everything by staying in this house-like apartment. 50m has a bakery and within a radius of up to 150m you can find a supermarket, pizzeria and barzinho. We are 1.5 km from the cathedral. It is still a few minutes away from the city's gastronomic circuit and the Municipal Natural Park. We are also close to the Samuel Libânio School of Medicine and Hospital and a few minutes from the Southern Minas Law School. And 10 minutes (by car) from the 14⁰GAC of the army.
