We had a great time in a peaceful and responsive setting! Walter is very friendly and responsive, we didn't want for anything. The place has a lot of charm, ideal for a timeless getaway!

Catherine is absolutely the ideal host. She was always available to help, but at the same time we felt like we had an entire world to ourselves. She had lovely recommendations for activities in the area. The house was larger than we expected, and extremely quiet (it is on a seldom-travelled road), on a lovely piece of property that supplies a great view and a sense of peace. And Catherine's presence is an extra dose of sunshine.

Super responsive host & concierge. Lovely sweet Lily and Patrick met us to show us around the property & were gracious with our very limited French! The property is like a picture post card, beautiful interior design with a warm homely feel. Loved the books & vintage/antiques decor. Fully equipped kitchen. Shower pressure v good. The wifi was not great & the tv/streaming did struggle. We had a few creature visitors in the rooms, we just embraced them! The lower ground temperature is cool but the bedrooms and upper bathroom did get very hot & stuffy. The garden is magnificent. The tiered sections with wonderful pathways, nooks and crannies with so much flora and fauna. The waterfall & pond felt like a fairytale we could have spent days absorbing the magical energy. The babbling stream whilst eating outside was so relaxing. We saw & heard so much wildlife, our cups felt so full. True nourishment for the soul. Thank you for sharing your wonderful property, we will definitely return!

Very pleasant stay, very functional house with lots of charm, quality bedding, everything was planned to accommodate a baby, great. Nathalie was always attentive and extremely accommodating. I highly recommend it. 👌 We will come back without hesitation 🤗

The location is absolutely perfect; set in a quiet, rural area, it's ideal for anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle. Despite the tranquil setting, it’s still conveniently close to nearby attractions and amenities, giving you the best of both worlds. The house itself has been tastefully renovated to a very high standard and is beautifully furnished throughout. It combines modern comforts with charming character. Everything you need is provided; the kitchen is fully stocked, the living spaces are cozy and welcoming, and it’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel at home. The outdoor space is equally impressive, offering stunning views of the countryside and a great spot to relax. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with all the comforts of home, this place is a gem. Highly recommend!

This stay was just perfect! Carole's house has been beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated. The cleaning was impeccable and the amenities were very good quality! We really enjoyed all the little touches and little extras from Carole (thank you for the candies😊😊), we just had to put down our suitcases and we still didn't need much since there is really everything in this house!! Thank you very much Carole, We had a great time at your place, only regret: we didn't stay long enough!!

Michèle and Jean Francois were fantastic hosts, and made us feel very welcome and at home. The place was as described, very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The garden was beautiful, I just wish it didn't rain during my stay so I could have sat outside and enjoyed the garden more. Hopefully next time I visit it will be sunnier ☺️ Highly recommend for anyone visiting Briantes and looking for somewhere to stay. Merci Beaucoup Michèle!
