The 70 m² accommodation offers two separate bedrooms and is ideal for 4 people, but a high-quality sofa bed (2 m x 1.4 m) can also accommodate up to 6 guests (3rd sleeping area) Parking is available directly at the accommodation (short-term parking zone max. EUR 13 per day.

The house can accommodate 4 adults or 2 adults with 4 children. There is a beautiful garden, Swedish stove, a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining table, 2 toilets, a TV. The municipality of Grünbach charges a tourist tax of €2.80 per person/night to be paid on site.

Our lovingly restored Villa Sebaldi offers plenty of space on two levels. There is a total of over 300 m² with 6 bedrooms 4 bathrooms and two living rooms are available. Two dining rooms complete the coziness. From the kitchen there is a small terrace and on the upper floor the magnificent veranda balcony with a view of the Rax. Around the house there is a spacious garden where you can barbecue in summer, or simply relax under the old apple tree.
