The apartment has a separate entrance in the west wing of a factory redeveloped in 2001 in the center of Berlin. The base is approx. 28 sqm. The ceiling height amounts to 3,20/3,25 m. By the 1.6 m wide and up to 2.5 m high windows the apartment is very bright. It is tastefully furnished. In two comfortable cocktail armchairs you can relaxe well after impressive town inspections .
