The tiny house features a luxurious bathroom with claw foot bath tub ,and utility sink. The living space includes a breakfast bar, small kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and kitchen sink. The loft is roomy and cozy with a full bed . Below is a Queen bed . There is parking space at the front of the cabin. 15 min from Coeur d’ Alene or Downtown Spokane.

The entire place was super clean, and we felt comfortable being able to park in the garage. Bret has a helpful binder with instructions, contact info, and nearby restaurants and things to do. We would stay here again!

This was my girlfriend and I's first time using Airbnb and man did Riley set the bar high. The place was exactly as described, comfortable, cozy, quiet and they went above and beyond as hosts! They had a little construction project going on that was supposed to be sorted before we arrived, but it ended up getting delayed and they were extremely communicative of everything and made sure it wasn't a bother to us and it wasn't at all! Riley truly cares about their guest having the best possible experience. We will absolutely stay here next time we're in town. Thank you for everything!

If this is available, don't hesitate...just book it! This place is perfectly clean, super comfy & has all of the amenities you could ask for! Some of the extras we truly appreciated included robes in the closet, a contour/cervical pillow in addition to regular pillows, a portable box fan & soft ambient lighting options. You will love the sumptuous quality of the bed & sheets as well as the bathroom rainfall showerhead & the mirror which is heated with integrated lighting. The location is quiet & the view out over the prairie is beautiful! We will look forward to staying here again when we visit family. Enjoy!

We loved our stay at Ben and Nancy's! (Thank you, guys!) The suite was the cleanest rental property we've seen in 44 years of travel. It was also well-decorated and very well-stocked with munchies, a nice little refrigerator, and a microwave. Nancy also provided a plate of delicious, home-baked chocolate-chip cookies. Ben and Nancy were available, very friendly, and accommodating. We felt more like guests than tenants. It's a beautiful property that's very quiet and conveniently located near a boat ramp, if needed. We felt safe walking the area at night. They allowed us to park our tandem bicycle in their shed at night and provided a hose when we requested it to wash the mud off our bike. We will stay with Ben and Nancy when we return to the Post Falls/Coeur d'Alene area in the future. This is an Airbnb we will not forget.

The Airbnb was a nice getaway for my sister and I. The space was clean and tidy, the location was convenient for driving around town too. One thing I really liked was even though we didn’t have kids with us, the space was very child friendly. There was a pack and play, compact high chair and even kids utensils! Idaho is really family friendly so this was really nice to see! I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone wanting to stay in post falls. Bonus if you like golf, the course is beautiful!

We had such a wonderful stay in this quiet, clean location. Everything was as described and they are wonderfully responsive and kind hosts. We asked for pizza recommendations on the way into town and got a great one! We would happily stay here again. It was close to many hiking spots and fishing. Thank you for this wonderful space you shared!
