Vacation rentals with beach access in Posedarje

We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan's apartment. We were only there one night as a stop over but it met our needs perfectly. The view from the deck area was beautiful. We for sure would stay again if in the area. Ivan was very easy to work with and so were his parents. They were great hosts.

We had a fantastic time at Mia’s vacation home. It was an amazing and relaxing experience. Mia’s mother was incredibly kind and welcoming; she regularly brought us delicious snacks, which made our stay even more special. The location is easy to reach by car. There are also many nice local restaurants nearby to explore. It’s good to know that many of these restaurants only accept cash, so make sure to have enough with you.

Wir konnten unseren Familienurlaub genießen! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet (Handtücher, Pfannen, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Besteck, Teller, Töpfe, Grill, etc. waren vorhanden und haben auch funktioniert). Tolle Lage mit privaten Strandzugang hat unsere kleine Tochter sehr gefallen, es sind vier Liegen und ein großer Schirm pro Haus vorhanden, sodass jeder sein eigenes Bereich zum sonnen hatte. Die Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe, aber leider nicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt hat uns die Unterkunft gefallen, wir würden gerne wiederkommen und beim nachten Mal gleich zwei Häuser mieten, dann hat man fast den ganzen Strand und noch mehr Privatsphäre für sich ;)

Josip et sa fille Tina sont d'une gentillesse, ils répondent à toutes vos questions, leur logement est impeccable tout le mobilier est neuf, extrêment propre et il y a tout d'utile. La vue sur l'étang est magnifique, le petit cadeau de bienvenue est un véritable plus pour vous montrer qu'ils sont là pour vous. Place de parking privé. Merci encore une fois à tout les 2.

Miejsce godne polecenia, spokojne, niedaleko plaża oraz parking, kontakt z właścicielką bardzo dobry, dogodne miejsce na pobyt z dziećmi.

Wir hatten eine ganz wunderbare Zeit in der Wohnung von Matija. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, gut ausgestattet und die Lage ist traumhaft. Matija ist eine sehr herzliche und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Sie ist immer ansprechbar und kümmert sich gerne um das Wohl ihrer Gäste. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This is a great place to unwind and relax. We have chosen Vinjerac for the scenic view and quiet surroundings that we have experienced some years ago at this location. We found Vinjerac as nice as before. Apartment has sea front location with beautiful panoramic view of the mountains from the terrace. Sea was perfect: clean, warm and just few steps away. Private pool had provided coolness during the midday heat that we have enjoyed as well. Apartment is very modern, comfortable, clean with absolutely all that you need to feel completely at home from first minutes. Our host provided not only details on how to find place, but met us in person to welcome and show the place. In the kitchen we found olive oil, vinegar, herbs/spices, coffee that was very nice to have. There were gifts of local wines and some other local products to taste. All in all we highly recommend this place to anybody who needs peace and comfort, as well as picturesque view in front of you.

Casa assolutamente bellissima, completamente nuova e uguale alle foto. Era dotata di tutto il necessario per farti sentire come a casa. La piscina e il giardino con barbecue erano il punto forte. Tutto era estremamente pulito e curato. Ci tornerei molto volentieri.

Das Haus liegt in der Nähe des Strandes, etwa 8 Minuten zu Fuß, Zadar ist eine halbe Stunde mit dem Auto entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es mehr als ein Lebensmittelgeschäft und einen großen Supermarkt (5 Minuten zu Fuß), eine Apotheke, eine Bank, eine Bäckerei... Am Strand gibt es nachts eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Manchmal finden Konzerte statt und es gibt Restaurants, Eisdielen... Das Haus ist sauber und alles was man braucht ist da, eine Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Backofen, Kochutensilien, Handtücher, Bettwäsche... Gordana wartete mit ihrem Mann auf uns. Die Kommunikation zwischen uns war sehr einfach, sie waren sehr nett und sehr freundlich. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub und meine Kinder waren sehr zufrieden. Danke Gordana

Wir hatten mit unseren zwei Kindern (13 und 10 Jahre) wunderschöne Tage in Vinjerac und haben jeden Tag genossen. Das Meer vor dem Haus war die perfekte Abkühlung bei wunderbarem Sommerwetter. Irina und Kuno waren sehr nett und gastfreundlich, wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

I recently stayed at this fantastic Airbnb for 3 nights. The location is perfect – right in the heart of the village and just a short walk to the beach. The apartment was clean, comfortable, The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay near the sea.

Spędziliśmy fantastyczny czas w Villa Dora w miejscowości Podgradina. Domek był idealnie przygotowany – kuchnia w pełni wyposażona (wszystko, czego potrzeba do gotowania i serwowania posiłków), łazienka również bez zarzutu. W każdym pomieszczeniu działała klimatyzacja, co było ogromnym atutem w upalne dni. Dodatkowym plusem był smart TV i bardzo szybki kontakt z właścicielem – zawsze dostępny i pomocny. Na miejscu panowała pełna prywatność, a do naszej dyspozycji był przepiękny, podgrzewany basen i grill. Wszystko było czyste, zadbane i dokładnie tak, jak na zdjęciach. Okolica cicha i spokojna – idealna na wypoczynek. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka komfortowego i spokojnego wypoczynku w Chorwacji.

Jasné, tu je návrh hodnotenia pre váš pobyt v Chorvátsku: --- Náš pobyt vo Vinjerac bol absolútne úžasný! Dom bol presne taký, ako sme si predstavovali, a dokonca ešte lepší. Mali sme ho celý pre seba, čo nám poskytlo maximálne súkromie a pohodlie. Poloha domu je ideálna – blízko krásneho čistého mora a zároveň s ľahkým prístupom k okolitej prírode a turistickým atrakciám. Dom bol čistý, priestranný a veľmi dobre vybavený. Veľmi sme ocenili klimatizáciu, ktorá nás počas horúcich dní udržiavala v príjemnej teplote. Výhľad z terasy bol ohromujúci, a každý večer sme si užívali západy slnka. Hostitelia boli veľmi milí, pohostinní a vždy k dispozícii, keď sme potrebovali radu alebo pomoc. Ich komunikácia bola rýchla a efektívna, čo nám veľmi uľahčilo celý pobyt. Určite odporúčame tento dom pre každého, kto hľadá tichý a pohodový pobyt v Chorvátsku s nádherným výhľadom a všetkým, čo je potrebné pre relaxačnú dovolenku. Radi sa sem opäť vrátime!

Kata ist eine super Gastgeberin und hat uns direkt auf der Straße herzlich in Empfang genommen. Sie bzw. ihre Freunde waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar und haben uns ungefragt immer wieder nützliche Hinweise und Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung von Kata bietet alles, was man als 5-köpfige Familie benötigt und die Lage ist einfach nur perfekt. In 2 Minuten ist man an einem gut zugänglichen Felsenstrand, in 5 Minuten am etwas belebteren „Stadtstrand“ von Vinjerac. Kata hat uns leckeren Fisch gegrillt, Fritatas und Pfannkuchen gebacken und war dabei aber nie aufdringlich oder gar störend. Der Garten mit Außendusche ist perfekt für schöne ruhige Abende und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Kata bleiben wollen.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Nataša is erg vriendelijk en gastvrij. De accommodatie ziet er erg netjes uit, van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk terras met uitzicht op zee. Fijne bedden en heerlijk beddengoed. We genoten erg van de rust en de zee. Als je gaat snorkelen, zie je veel verschillende vissen. Gooi je graag een hengel uit, dan is dat ook zeker de moeite waard. Binnen een half uur ben je in Zadar, een aanrader. Binnen 5 minuten (met de auto) ben je bij een grote supermarkt, waar je alles kunt vinden. Bedankt Nataša!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Pavle hat immer sofort reagiert, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Diese Insel ist sehr schön, viele Strände, alle sehr leer. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Andro est très accueillant et très réactif. Il est très disponible et nous a gentiment donné des informations. Le logement est très bien et il et bien situé,c’est un point fort. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Nous recommandons ce logement !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Michelle. Nous avons été accueilli par Andreas qui a été très accueillant, attentionné et toujours de très bons conseils. L'appartement est conforme à la description et l'emplacement est idyllique pour des vacances paisibles loins des lieux bondés de monde. Je recommande cet appartement allez y les yeux fermés...

Przepiękny, nowoczesny, ekskluzywny, przestrzenny apartament, idealnie położony nad samą wodą tuż przy deptaku.Bardzo dobrze wyposażony, smart tv w każdej sypialni, czyściutkie ręczniki, dobra pościel, ładna zastawa, dostępna chemia, pralka, leżaki to wszystko uczyniło pobyt przyjemniejszym. Świetna komunikacja i przemiły pan Josip, który w świąteczny dzień przywiózł swój prywatny kabel hdmi, doceniam i dziękuję. Blisko sklep spożywczy, cisza i spokój. Polecam

We stayed at Davor and Irena’s apartment at the end of May, 2025. The apartment is very clean, equipped with all the necessities we needed (e.g full kitchen, washing machine, AC). It’s a 5 minute walk from the nearest beach, we didn’t need a car and were able to walk to the old town as well. In the other direction, there are more beaches/cafes/restaurants within walking distance. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, Davor and Irena are really welcoming and hospitable, we had no problems reaching them if we needed anything. I highly recommend staying at their apartment if you’re in Zadar!

Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Tolle Lage, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Das Apartment liegt in einer Apartment Anlage. Wir hatten Glück und waren die meiste Zeit alleine in der Bucht. Vielleicht hatten wir nur Pech, doch oberhalb der Bucht verläuft eine Straße auf der während unseres Aufenthalts tagsüber sehr viele Motorrad Fahrer unterwegs waren. Abends und in den frühen Morgen Stunden war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit bei Christian sehr genossen.

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - die Wohnung war sauber, geräumig und modern. Wir haben die Terrasse mit der wunderbaren Aussicht auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang geliebt. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Nin, Zadar, bzw. die Erkundung der vielseitigen Landschaft mit dem Fahrrad oder E-Scooter optimal. Ein schöner Sandstrand ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren absolut lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
